Reviews on Saturn of Greenfield

Oh where to start.... Well, they sold me a Lemon, and I'm not being the least bit overdramatic. The car, which was 3 years old, had blown the engine block within a couple of weeks of me having it. The pistons fried to the sides of the valves, and the oil turned into sludge, and they tried to tell me that I was running it without oil.... clearly, because I'd only put gas in it twice, I decided to drain the oil *sarcasm*.

So they replaced the engine block with a refurbished one, which took a month to get back. Ok, fine. Then it did the same thing, again, and I had to get it fixed by them, again.

Ok, fine, but they had sent it to some guy in the middle of nowhere almost by Madison who was literally in a car graveyard and had animals running around and used car parts strewn all over. I was told I would find where to pick my car up by a broken down car on the side of the driveway as a marker.

Lovely. Thanks for using such a nice garage to outsource cheap labor.

But it blew up a third time, leaving me stranded on the highway *the same day I picked it back up* and I had to fight tooth & nail to get them to give me a refund, as they claimed I was treating the car poorly.

Oh and then get this, a few weeks later, I get a letter from the car company apologizing for FAULTY ENGINE BLOCKS IN THEIR CARS THAT RESULT IN OIL SLUDGE AND THERE WAS A RECALL!

Thanks for treating me with respect saturn of greenfield, I love that my car was in a dank garage inthe middle of nowhere when it could have been serviced by an official dealership for faulty products. I love when my cars leave me stranded and then I'm told it's my fault. It's not their fault the car was rubbish, but they handled the whole situation really badly.

Avoid avoid avoid avoid.
