I had to have my 2010 Murano towed to Rosen after the transmission started acting up during a cold snap. Long story, short, my tranny was toast. My wallet feared the worst, but in the service writers next breath, he said that they had already contacted Nissan, and that the transmission was under warranty and would be fully covered. I would only owe the diagnostic charge of $117, which he had previously explained as my car was being offloaded from the flatbed tow truck. I also had a "Check Engine" light and an airbag icon flashing. The CE light went with the transmission. The airbag was simply an unplugged sensor in the seat, which he didn't even charge me for. These are my new Nissan guys in MKE!

I recently purchased a new Nissan Maxima from Rosen Nissan.   My salesperson's name was Anthony Weide and he was very helpful throughout the whole process.  He is a no nonsense type of guy and made my experience purchasing my new car stress free.  I chose to go with in house financing and the whole process was quick and easy.  I believe the finance lady's name is Kathy.   Again this was a stress free purchase and I highly recommend Anthony and if you are financing ask for Kathy.  Thanks for everything guys and I LOVE my new car.  Thanks, Johnny D.

If you are looking for just an oil change (they run some cheap specials) or having your windshield wipers replaced, I would definitely recommend. Anything else? No. I went here with a squeaking noise on my '09 Maxima when I would go over bumps. Of course they said they didn't find anything. Took it to Amato Nissan (for the first time) and they found the squeak and replaced the part(s) needed right away. Amato Nissan also checked the vehicle for any recalls, which Rosen Nissan never did. Forward a couple years and I buy a Murano from Rosen. There were some rattles I wanted fixed and the excess wind noise from the driver side door fixed as agreed upon when purchasing the vehicle. There was also a 1-2 second delay from shifting between drive/reverse I wanted them to look at, along with a creaking/clicking noise from the rear brakes. Guess what? Out of all the issues, they either couldn't reproduce/fix the noise, said it was normal, or "fixed" the rattles which still rattle. I made 2 appointments for all of this and wasted my time. I am going to now have to take the vehicle to Amato Nissan and have to pay out of pocket to have these issues addressed. So the bottom line, I have never gone there and had my issues resolved. I would suggest Amato Nissan if you are looking for service.

I will never go back to this dealership. I initially called and spoke with a salesperson named Ruben to let him know specifically what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay. He assured me that he had three in stock. After driving over and being made to wait for nearly an hour another salesman offered to help us. Turns out they did not have the model I was looking for. Instead, they kept trying to sell me a model that I had no interest in. Not only did Ruben lie about the inventory in order to get me to stop in, they completely wasted my time.

Long, long lines for the free car wash on the weekends. Be prepared to wait for at least an hour for the same...! All other services are efficient & high quality, staff is courteous & helpful...

Quick and courteous service!!! I came in for a car wash and got my 6k miles oil change and tire rotation done without an appointment. The most admirable thing was sales rep took me in 20 mins before closing, not sure if any other service center would have treated me this well!! I'll  stop by again for servicing...

I purchased a brand new 2010 Nissan just two weeks ago. I had to make  a 45 minute drive back to Nissan today because my previous email, phone call, and internet chat assistance all went unanswered or unreturned. Apparently they are all charm at point of sale but leave you hanging after you leave their driveway. NONE of the three people I spoke with today apologized for their repeated lack of communication. NONE of the people I spoke with today offered me the assurance that I can expect better customer service in the future. It is also a bit unsettling at the age of 36 to be referred repeatedly to as "honey" as it comes across as demeaning rather than father-like as I am sure it was intended.  I will check back in to Yelp after my auto repairs have been completed - hopefully I will have a better experience to report.

These were my go to back up guys after a really bad experience with Bill Maynards Auto. They got my car working in 1 working day with an electrical short, after I spent 3 months at Bill Maynards with them not even checking the car.

Professional, they have all the diagnostic tools, top of the line. I can't say enough about em. Thank you rosen for taking care of this Nissan enthusiast.

Short and sweet, good place.

Dishonest, manipulative auto dealer. Rosen is a perfect example of why car dealers have a bad reputation. I drove out of my way on three occasions, spent hours of my time, put down a deposit to "hold the car" only to have it sold from under me.

The most telling part about the whole ordeal was while I was waiting 45 minutes (!) for them to find the receipt of my deposit to refund me, a woman who had purchased a car from them in 2002 told me to run away and never buy a car from Rosen. I have to agree with her wholeheartedly.
