Rip off never fixed my car and cost me 300.00  I still have the same problem with it
The two brothers don't know what they are doing I have called the BBB on them I will be writing a letter to fox 6 and mostly even take them to small claims
I have paper work stating the work that this so called crappy business said they did was done wrong

I have a 2000 New Beetle with the 2.0L 4Cyl It has an automatic transmission, 108,000 miles. In May i got a new water pump and timing belt.About one months ago the check engine light stay on on Tuesday Jan 21, 2014 the check engine light blinks and the car starts shaking and will hardly accelerate and will die if you are idling in drive. I had ramsey motors look at it and i was told i needed a plugs and wires and a new coil pack it would cost $300.00 I got my car back two days later and the beetle dose the same thing I had to pay or would not get my key back for the car
Buyer beware I believe they never fixed my car
And I really don't think they know what there are doing would not even tell me the codes that came up I will be reporting " Ramsey motors " to the BBB

I bought a Living Social deal for an Auto Care SuperSaver coupon for 3 oil changes and came to use one tonight. Sketchy as hell. There was no parking since it's also a used car lot. The guy at the counter was gruff (as expected) and was annoyed that I was on my phone when he wanted to tell me my brakes were bad.

They're not.

I might be back since I have those coupons, but that's the only reason.

I bought a car here. And I'm not sure how let me drive it off the lot. The guys were friendly and after I took it to an independent shop (which is your right) the guys were able to make repairs before getting the vehicle back to me.
They did not provide the CARFAX so I went ahead and bought it, it said it was clean. so I was surprised there were some potentially costly repairs.
I guess A lot of Milwaukee dealers have a bad rap, but I hope these guys can improve. right now its not worth the headache.
I got the problems further looked into. It turns out I bought a LEMON. It needed all new struts, 4 new tires, and new sway bars and bushings. $$$$. Not to mention some air intake thing for the gas. Sheesh. Lesson learned, buy off a dealer lot, get an independent inspection before making a purchase. I feel like a fool.
