Samantha was very professional and extremely friendly.  The wait time was exactly what was told, about 45 minutes to an hour.  The disappointment was when I went to my car, I found grease fingerprints on the door.  I thought that was really unprofessional, but didn't want to make a big deal about it, so I wiped little bit off and got into my car.  Then I discovered the grease stains were also all over my mat...I didn't want to deal with cleaning that up myself, so I went back into the building.  The first person I saw was Samantha and she apologized profusely for it and went to find the service department supervisor.  I had to wait another 20 minutes or so for them to address the issue.  Samantha stated they wiped down all areas and shampooed the mat.  When I went back in my vehicle, they did a nice job cleaning the grease off the mat, but it was clear that they didn't really wipe down all areas.  I was tired of being there, so I just left bit disappointed...If it wasn't for Samantha's professionalism and her genuine effort to address the issue, I would have given them 2 stars.  Spending 90 minutes for a simple 5,000 mile maintenance was bit frustrating.

Went here for an oil change.

The good:
Price was $23, instead of the $32 I expected, due to an evening-hours special. Car wash was also included.

The not-so-good:
I arrived on time for appt, and waited 15 minutes before I was checked in. (There was no line, and it didn't seem very busy). The mechanic left grease smudge fingerprints all over my window, steering wheel and console. They told me I needed a new air filter. (I just changed the air filter 2 weeks ago.) The form they gave me said they checked my battery (it passed). The next day my car wouldn't start due to a bad battery. Hmmm.

Overall: Price was good, but they tried to sell me parts I didn't need, and they didn't actually check the things they said they did. Good thing there was no serious mechanical issue with my car--not convinced they are 100% trustworthy.
