I've had a lot of trouble from this dealership. I bought my car (2008 Elantra) from them almost two years ago. I had to take a different car home because of title issues which was fine. Then they called and said the title was in and the car was mine and I could come pick it up so I did.

The first stop I had to make in my new car, and I hadn't had a car in 4 years, was the gas station. The tank was empty and the floor mats were completely torn up.

Within a week my battery died and they said they guess they could replace it for me after having to call Auto Rescue 4x to have it jumped.

My drivers side window squeeks in the winter when I roll it up/down. I mentioned that and I guess that just kinda got forgotten because nothing was done. I've also since replaced the front and back breaks which is fine. Normal wear and tear.

Fast forward to today... I went in for an oil change at Boucher Hyundai which has never given me any problems and I asked then to look at a connection in my battery and at my front breaks. She said ok and when my oil change was done she explained that the reason my battery shorts out in the winter is because the battery in my car is slightly smaller than one they would put in it.

Boucher Kia replaced my battery with a cheaper smaller one.

My front breaks squeek because the pads were replaced with aftermarket breaks which are usually cheaper...

Boucher Kia fixed my front breaks...

I've never had any problems with Boucher Hyundai and my car sales lady, Donna, at Boucher Kia was awesome and super sweet but it seems like every time I get a service done at Boucher Kia I have to deal with it some time down the road.

Needless to say, I'll be getting the rest of my services included in my maintenance package done at Boucher Hyundai.

This is our second time buying a Kia from this dealership.  Marvin is absolutely remarkable to work with.  He takes the time to make sure you get the vehicle that's right fit you and your family.  He was extremely patient with my husband's indecisiveness.  One of the most amazing things was, a week after we drove our car off the lot, we got a call saying that they accidentally put in an incorrect number on our fianance paperwork, and our payments would actually be less.  They caught it,  fixed it immediately, and then sent us a check for the difference.  Most places would not have been so honest.  We have owned  4 Kia vehicles, and won't go anywhere else.  Top notch service!  Kudos for making buying a car a pleasure.

Kia was not initially on our short list of cars to investigate, and our experience with Boucher Kia changed our mind. We visited many dealerships in the area trying to find the best car for us, and the folks at Boucher were kind, patient, and not pushy or aggressive at all. Donna was a patient and thoughtful salesperson who gave us time and space to make a decision, confident that the quality of their product and service would win the day. That is the way car buying should be.

My original review (7/17/2012) was based on my experiences with Boucher Kia of
Milwaukee and the purchase of a used vehicle with approximately 100K miles on the odometer. I am adding to my previous appraisal of the dealership based on two further experiences which I feel warrant a second look at that business. First, was the necessary replacement of a fuel injector within 90 days and 5,000 miles of purchase. The stuck injector disabled the vehicle and cost $230.00 in repairs. When informed of the breakdown (which occurred several hundred miles away) Boucher Kia offered little assistance and claimed no financial responsibility. Second, was an intermittent electrical door lock/rear hatchback problem, within a week of purchase, on a 2008 Hyundai Entourage sold to a friend, and touted as being in "complete working order". Again, no help other than an offer to sell an expensive after market warranty to cover some "future repairs".

For the above reasons, I am downgrading my original review one star, and stating "Let the buyer Beware" when choosing a vehicle from Boucher Kia of Milwaukee.
I do however stand by my previous statements as to the friendliness and professionalism of the sales staff in general.

I typically do not write reviews but my experience at Boucher Kia was so outstanding that I thought they deserved some recognition.

My husband and I bought a new Kia Soul back in 2011 at this same dealership and when we wanted to upgrade to something bigger we went back to Boucher Kia.

We traded in our Kia Soul and bought a 2013 Kia Sorento EX with the premium plus package. We were extermely satisfied with the offer we got for the trade-in.

Our sales person, Marvin , was very professional, helpful, and respectable on both occasions. He gave us his un-divided attention whenever we were at the dealership and he answered all of our questions in a respectful way. He made our buying experience a pleasant one.

The dealership is very clean and well organized. The service people are pleasant and polite.

My husband and I will absolutely buy from Boucher Kia again because we know that we will be getting the best deal possible.

So if you need a new Kia or a quality used car go to Boucher Kia and talk to Marvin!

Just purchased a used 2012 Optima.  It was easy to research online and my salesman, Robert, had it waiting for a scheduled test drive.  I appreciated that the negotiation was not the typical drawn out back and forth.  Financing went smoothly and the Finance Manager was very informative.  The car is great - love the new designs of Kia!
