For a place that prides itself on customer service, I was extremely disappointed in the service I received, right from the start. I had my car towed there to get fixed because of a recall, and when I called to see if they had received the car and to tell them what was going on with it, they said they didn't know where my car was. I told them to call me back after looking for it more. Never called me back. I called again later that night--same thing. Here I am sitting at home wondering if my car is even at their lot or if something went wrong somewhere along the way. The guy I was talking to expressed to concern at the fact that they couldn't locate my car, and then again did not call me back. I called later and talked to someone else who finally told me they had gotten my car, and that they would start working on it in the morning. He left a note on the previous guy's desk saying to call me in the morning. Didn't call. So I called again, only to find that they hadn't started on my car and that they wouldn't be able to until the next day. Excuse after excuse this guy gave me. At this point my mom was driving me to work and back even though it meant she had to drive all the way from Oconomowoc to Milwaukee and back. The employees as Andrew Chevrolet don't seem to understand that a car is not like a pair of shoes. People NEED their cars, and if they can't get them they need to know when they will be able to. Communication was horrible. But of course when I demanded a loaner car, my car was magically fixed first thing the next morning. When I picked it up I though FINALLY I'll never have to see or talk to these people again. But it turns out, my remits start didn't work after that. I went back and they basically said too bad, it's an after market product and we can't do anything about it, even though they're clearly the reason it's not working anymore. I will never go here again.

I was totally disgusted with my experience here. I told the dealer I was looking for a used mini van. He kept showing me a Chevy cruise and trying to talk me into it. It really didn't fit all 3 of my children 2 of which are in cars seats into the back seat well. I kept mentioning my concern and it was brushed off. Also I was told I was excepted to receive a loan but I asked about the payment amount it would per month and I was not given an answer until I was supposed to sign the papers. The car is okay but it's not great for my needs. I feel like I was pressured and conned. Choose somewhere else!!! Hopefully you'll have a better experience!!!!

I am writing this update because I was extremely pleased that the owner, Andrew, found the time to call me  and discuss the situation  and current state of my vehicle. I received what I felt was a sincere apology as well as an offer to make the situation right! After having a horrible beginning of the week, I am pleased to say that I feel I will now remain a customer!

When the "Check Engine" light went on, I really felt pain in my wallet.  Calling Andrew Chevrolet where I purchased my more than four-year old car new, I made a service appointment with Glen to leave the car Monday afternoon.
  Pulling into the Service Department, Glen had unknowingly already reserved a driver to take my wife and I downtown Tuesday from home to attend a luncheon I had mentioned when making this appointment.  We had planned to take the bus.
  Calling me Tuesday morning, I was informed that all four items would be covered by the warranty.  Amazing!  Even more amazing was again being picked up twice before returning to get my car when promised.
  Finally there it was, washed and almost looking like new, with a cookie to send me on my way.  Thank you Glen and driver Milton, you are as good as it gets! (8/13/13)

I have had many of my cars serviced at Andrew Chevrolet and they have always done a great job. Fair pricing and the staff always let's me know exactly what they found. What needs to be replaced and more importantly things that can wait to be replaced. They let me know of upcoming expenses I may have so I can plan for things. Many of my family members also bring in their cars. Keep up the good work.

Finding a trustworthy used car dealer is pretty difficult. Most I've run into are trying to saddle me with a lemon, or want to charge me a fortune. Thankfully the staff at Andrew Chevrolet ( trustandrew.com ) is different. Their used cars for sale are always in great condition, and they have never gypped me.

After I moved to Milwaukee I had a nice apartment but no car. I had some money saved up, so I started looking for a good used car. I wasn't having much luck until I checked out Andrew Chevrolet. They had a cute little Chevy for a great price, and I fell instantly in love.

They showed me a lot of cool cars at prices that didn't give me a heart attack. I drove out of there in a beautiful car and got back into the swing of things.
