Reviews on Pacific Auto Inc

On the 10th Oct 2014 I purchased a 2006 Volkswagen Jetta from Pacificautoinc. The used car salesman Daniel Roberts included a 6 month 6 Thousand Mile Warranty with the car, because I was trying to decide between this car VW Jetta and another Scion TC. He told me how great this warranty is and how I can use this anywhere. My fears of buying a lemon were calmed and I purchased the car. When I was driving home about 45 minutes after leaving the used car lot , the car started to stutter when speeding up. Then the check engine light came on. I then called Daniel who then told me to take the car to the dealership then fax all the paperwork over to him and he will take care of it. About 2 days later I called Daniel to ask what was happening he then told me he was working out a deal with the VW Dealership and he will pay for the repairs to be done there in Burlington. I was pleasantly surprised and thanked him, I then kept in contact with Daniel and the VW Dealership about how things were progressing on getting the car fixed. There were parts that needed to be ordered and once the parts cam in my car was repaired. I drove the car home and there was no sputtering when speeding up. The next morning when I got up to drive to work the check engine light was on, I then called the VW Dealership and was told to bring the car back in to get checked out. Upon the next check they found that the glow plug bus bar and bank 1 sensor and 1oxygen sensor were bad. I asked the VW Dealership if my warranty would cover the repairs. He then called the extended warranty company and was told that the selling dealership had cancelled the extended warranty due to having to pay for prior repairs. I believe it is unfair that Daniel can change the agreed terms for the purchase of the car. It is not like I can call my bank and say pay less for the car. I would like what was agreed upon. I had to pay 910 Dollars in repairs, for repairs that should have been covered by my warranty. Pacific Auto Inc. is doing shady buisness practices and lying to customers avoid at all costs.
