I came to Honda of Seattle's new location on Airport way on a Saturday morning to do the 100K service to my Civic. I called them the day before and scheduled an appointment at 9 AM. I arrived at exactly 9 AM that day. and it took a total of 7 hours to service my car! I remember leaving the service center at around 4 PM. I wasn't planning on spending my entire Saturday at the dealership. Also, I'm wondering what's the point of scheduling appointments if I'm going to end up staying for 7 hours. I don't think it saved anytime at all.
Second thing, during my wait, I took the shuttle to downtown Seattle to waste a couple of hours. My pickup window time was between 2 PM and 3 PM, I was at the pickup location at exactly 2 PM. The driver arrived at 3:15 PM. When I told him that he was late, he said that he was just told to come pick me up!
Last but not least, the next day after my service, the "Check engine" light started lighting up in the car. Now the reason that I get the car serviced at the dealership is to ensure that I get best quality service with no room for mistakes. Although I would want them to fix what they broke but I'm not going back there again only to wait for 7 more hours so that they would cause even more damage!
Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the experience.  I was expecting more from the official Honda service center. I do not recommend this service center to anyone who wants to get his Honda serviced.

Bought my new Civic from them in 2012. They left the security device in the car that I did not opt for. Two years later, it comes loose and starts rattling.

I send them an email and reminder without any response.

Eventually I am forced to call them and they unapologetically tell me to drop the car. Once at the dealership, when I ask for a loaner, they say they do not have any available (yeah right). First I have to travel across the bridge for their fault and then I am left hanging finding transport back.

This is the last time I recommend them, much less for their service. AVOID!!!!
