Came in today not really thinking I would get a car, but I was approved. The customer service was excellent by Trevor which is hard to do when he is trying to help 3 other customers out as well. He made sure he helped everyone within a reasonable timely manner. Thank you for everything. :)

I was also screwed by this so called car company. I expected the whole $99 down as well and ended up having to do $150 down because they said it's very rare, if ever, that they do the $99 down. The first month I had the car the alternator went out. That being part of the engine I figured oh ok the warranty would cover it. Nope. I fought with them to get them to pay for it and they finally settled on a little less then half because, well I had only had the car a month. Gee thanks. After that I had nothing but problems with the car. They asked for more then $6000 on the car and because I was desperate I didn't think to check Kelly Blue book. Well that was dumb of me, because after driving it for a couple of weeks I started to notice just how wrong everything in the car was so I looked it up. The car was worth maybe $1500 to a private buyer. Under $1000 for a trade in. The car ended up getting repossessed because I lost my job and they wouldn't give me one month for me to get my tax return to pay it off completely. I was told that one month is way to long for them to wait for their money and if I wanted to keep the car I had 3 days to get the money, A day and a half later at 2am they came and took the car. I didn't even get the full 3 days they told me. Customer service is rude and talk to you like you are garbage. This place is bullshit. Never ever go here. If I could give it Negative 5 Stars I would.

I take back my stars from the previous review. Only after 2short weeks my power steering went out. A hose broke while I was parallel parking. They towed it...which they normally wouldn't do but the guy who manages my account is awesome. (ashanti gets 5stars!! He's awesome..) on Monday it got the am. Was told the part would be in Tuesday....then this morning....Wednesday. Called the shop and guess what... THEY SENT THE WRONG HOSE!!!!  seriously?! I've lost over 100$ in work because they sold me a shitty car and I can't get to all of my clients houses via bus. and take forever to get shit right.   ooh and I found out the other day that my air conditioning doesn't work. YAY.
I'm EXTREMELY PISSED OFF AT THEM!! They better Fix this and reimburse me for my time stress and all the clients I lost because this is Total bull shit!!!

No one in their right minds should EVER even think about going to this dealership or any other CarHops for that matter. They buys their cars from auctions and they don't even bother washing the car or even vacuum the vehicles. They take advantage of you because the people who go in there have no other options. I should have just taken the bus instead of going here.

I bought a 2006 with 150,000 miles on it and they charged me $11,000 for the piece of crap. The BBB says that in "excellent" condition, the car is worth $7,000. But the car was in barely good condition. It was in an accident which they don't tell you. They scam you like crazy. They even scam the lending company by putting in false information to get a better chance of approval.

As only dealerships that commit fraud on the regular basis and the ones who are nasty and deceiving, Carhop has a mandatory arbitration clause in the contract which means that the consumer can't do shit to Carhop even if the engine blows up the first week and they deny your "warranty".

I made a HUGE mistake. DON'T EVER BUY FROM HERE, EVER!!!!

What a disappointment!!!

The TV ads & website advertise an 18 mo/18,000 mile warranty and financing with as little as $99 down, and now I see why they don't show prices on the website and make you come in person in order to get any info.

I was helping my bf look for a new car and we thought we'd check out this car lot.  I thought the 18 mo/18,000 mile warranty looked good.  I asked about the $99 down and was told they rarely do that.

We were thinking of getting an older, cheaper car, with a larger down payment and financing the balance for 10 months or less.  Apparently, they consider helping you improve your credit to be a 2 or 3 year loan for more than double the car's KBB value.

We looked at a 1998 vehicle with 145K miles on it, which the KBB high end was around $3,000 (for "good" condition, which it WAS NOT) - they seriously wanted 7.5K!!!!!  Said the cost of the warranty and credit reporting is built into the  price!!

For that price, and the $350/mo financing, we could get a newer, more dependable vehicle elsewhere, even though it wouldn't have the "warranty".  In fact, I just financed a 2004 GT V6 with less than 90K miles for 8K last month from somewhere else!  (and for less than $300/mo TYVM!)  I told my bf he should go back to where I got my car from and get a better deal from them... and a fair market price too.  You're obviously not going to get that from Car Hop.
