4 years ago we bought a brand new Subaru through McCurley. Well fast forward 4 years and we decide to trade it in with only 13k miles. And stupid me thought they would actually cut me a deal bc I had already done business with them, but nope that was certainly not the case. After finding a decent Chevy priced at $23k. But I told him upfront that I only wanted to pay $21k. He made it seem like no biggie when test driving. Well after seeing the price still at 23k I told him no and he said he could only take off $500 (after waiting like an hr). So then he says he can take off more and give me less for my trade in, which I didn't agree to. So I said fine then I'll go $22k. He says no and hands me the keys to my Subaru. Wow terrible customer service! So much for being a returning customer. You've just lost all business with me McCurley! And to top it all off we drove an hr and a half and wasted 3 hrs there for nothing!

Before I brought my vehicle in for a problem I called and spoke to Nick? and explained the problem I was experiencing - Hill Descent control not working.  I asked Nick how to use the feature, to make sure I actually had a real service issue as opposed to operator error, and Nick could not tell me exactly how the feature worked because was not familiar with it and he said the service department did not have any way to test the feature except to put it on the computer and check the sensors.  I scheduled the appointment and brought the vehicle in.  When I came to pick it up when it was ready, the service note said the Hill Descent Control light would light up - not trouble found.  I tried to use the feature again and it still would not work.  At this point I contacted my salesperson, BJ DeRuyter, who found another truck like mine and together we find a hill and figured out how to use the feature. He took the time to help me solve the problem.

The service department failed at their job.  When I contacted them I tried to determine if I was using the feature correctly or if it was broken.  The service ticket said "check and advise" they checked but did not advise.  They serviced the truck but not the customer.  I wasted half a day bringing the truck in for service and left with the same problem I came in with.  I left both feeling like I wasted their time and mine.

It's been a week since I bought my car from here, and I had such a great experience.  Dan Couch was extremely helpful and friendly.  Since this was my very first car purchase, I was wary of the stereotypical "car salesman," but my concerns were alleviated as Dan walked me through the entire process and was extremely patient with me. I never felt pressured but I also knew that the staff was always there to help me out. I felt like i got a really good deal. The entire experience was such a positive one that I can't stop referring people to Dan and Bill McCurley dealerships!

I had a wonderful experience buying a used 2011 Chevy Camero from McCurleys last week. The salesman who helped me was Dan Couch and he was just awesome! Not pushy at all. He knew the answer to every question I had and was a pleasure to deal with. He walked me and my wife through the entire sales process and also provided us with Starbucks coffee while we were waiting to go into finance to sign the papers. I would highly recommend McCurleys if you are planning on purchasing a new or used car. All of the people we met and felt with were smiling and none of them seemed to be pushy or pressuring at all.

Very shady salesmen here. I went in looking for a new Silverado priced around $31k and after being told that the model I was driving would be around that, he brings me inside and asks for all of my details before we even agree on a price. After 10 mins of his shady maneuvers I told him to give me the price or we'll leave. It came out to over $2500 more than my clearly stated budget. Not to mention, we walked by 5 indentical style trucks with a price tag of just under $30,500 that he just ignored me about.
Long story short, I went to Sherrell Chevrolet in Hermiston and had a decent experience with no pressure at all. Plus they even found me more rebates so my truck ended up being better and cheaper then the ones priced at Mccurley for $30,500

We recently bought a brand new chevy cruise it was delivered to us with no walk thru of the vehicle or how to use any thing. On the way home we discovered that one of the inside mirrors was broken.  We told our sales man about this the next day when we went to go pickup the owners manual for the car. He told us that he would get it fixed right away and that it wouldn't take more then three days to get it fixed. After four days with no phone call I called the salesman he said that it had been ordered and he would check on it and call us back. Three days after that and no phone call again I spoke with a person who was supposed to be a manger and said that they would look into what was going on and get back to me within 24 hours 4 days later after no contact we had to go to there face book page and post the problem for all to see.  Only then did we ever get a phone call from the salesman about getting it fixed the part it turns out was never ordered three days after our post the car was finally repaired.  Our salesman asked us to please make sure to give him a good survey when we got it from chevy or we would be taking food out of his kids mouths and that if we couldn't fill it out totally satisfied then to just throw it out as it would matter anyway but if we brought it to him he would buy us a tank of gas.
