I have always had excellent service.  Always been treated with the upmost respect and courtesy.

This dealerships parts department is worthless. Has never been able to help me with anything 4 times in a row. I don't understand why they wouldn't have parts available even for a year 2000 honda. I was in need of a roll pin for the shift linkage. Would not recommend ever.

I read the negative reviews about Stirling Honda and we had that same type experience at another dealership. We had almost given up but decided to see what Stirling had. Bear in mind we knew what we wanted, were pre-approved with our bank and were ready to buy so that may have stream-lined the process. The salesman we worked (Colton) with was very friendly, engaging and energetic. They treated us with respect, and we reached what we felt were acceptable terms for the price and value of our trade. I will admit the show room needs to seriously be updated from the 70's decor. They did offer the extended warranties, gap insurance and other adders but it was only offered and details explained as an option but not pushed.
Overall we had a very good buying experience.

Parts lady is rude & doesn't seem to care about her customers to find someone that actually knows about things she doesn't (since she is the boss & knows it all)!

Totaled a vehicle that I purchased gap insurance and a warranty on from Stirling. Accident was in October, and I'm STILL waiting to get the gap insurance to the bank and the warranty check refund. Have called 3 times and keep being told "I'll look into that and call you back". I filed the paperwork the day after the accident. 3 months later......still waiting and getting the same run around. Bout ready to get a lawyer involved.

The sales staff was friendly, but had that really sleazy used car vibe about them. The office was so out dated, it didn't inspire any confidence. OK, surface stuff out of the way, they were very high pressure, and I felt like they tried to rip me off. I was looking for a specific car when I walked in, I knew how much the MSRP was, and approximately where my payments should be with the down payment I was providing. There was a lot of  back and forth to the back room; here's the best that we can do, etc. I don't fault them for wanting to make money, that's what businesses do, but I believe they were trying to cheat me. We were trying to get the monthly payment where I wanted it, but I finally asked what exactly they were charging overall for the vehicle, and they were trying to charge me $2000 over MSRP, and after taking off my $3000 down payment, they were still trying to charge me $2000 over true market price, with my down payment! I am a fairly intelligent person, and I ALMOST was taken! Thank God my senses came back to me and I booked it out of there. If someone wants to run a business that way, I suppose that it is their right to do so... but be aware.
