I recently purchased a used 2013 Ford Focus from Mike Wimmer at Columbia Ford. This is the second used vehicle I've purchased this year through Mike because he's about as easy and courteous to work with as you could ask for during any purchase experience. Both of my experiences with Columbia Auto Group have shown that they're eager to please and come out of the gate with great offers. This group will always be high on my list when I'm car shopping.

Expect to drop off your vehicle all day or even longer. When I called for Service on my E Brake, I said I did not want to drop off my RV for the day, that I preferred to wait. I was told to bring it in early in the am and they would do their best, but when I arrived, I was told I'd have to leave it and it might not even get done that day. I wasted time, gas and cancelled plans because of this... Just for frustration. So I called the customer support number on the ford website, and their tech helped me find a different dealership that would make an appointment and keep it... He understood what I meant when I said that appointments are made to be kept, that a mechanic should be ready to take my vehicle and look at it near that appointment time, not go find it on the lot hours later, when he or she has time between other jobs.
