Reviews on Bud Clary Chevrolet

Very bad service. I purchased a bmw there. We found out some problems when we were checking the car, and then they kept saying they are not bmw dealership and they can do nothing with the car. Furthermore, when we asked the lady about the spare tire, she said its under the car and we trusted her. But then we found out there's nothing, and I purchased the car with cracked wheel. Now I need to spend 2000 bucks to fix the car and I might found out a lot more problems with the car, but I love my car so I do not mind to spending money on it,

They lie a lot. The lady said, the car has full options with bmw, and then I found out its bullshit, actually this bmw has no senses about the car and they just want to sell it.

They have no appreciation with customers and I don't regret getting my car but I do regret getting the car at this dealership.

This is my first review I have ever left. I can't begin to express The amount of frustration I have with bud Clary Chevrolet of Longview Washington. Their lack of care and appreciation for customers time and money is disgusting. After I purchased a high dollar pick up truck from bud Clary I was instantly transformed from a human being to a dollar amount. I recently scheduled a service appointment with bud Clary. Expressed my concern with the issues going on with my vehicle. They told me no problem they could take care of me and scheduled me an appointment. As I live an hour away I put my trust in them.  When I show up the service manager instantly says he does not have the right tool to diagnose my truck. He gave me a number and told me to call a Toyota certified dealership. I currently live five minutes away from my Toyota dealership. With a I'm sorry and who cares attitude they sent me on my way with the phone number. They never tried to make things right, just sent me on my way. I put a lot of trust in bud Clary but they have let me down.

I had a problem right after I purchased a used car. They were the best. Took care of the problem quickly. They were easy to deal with and I got a good price. The internet manager Brad was very easy to deal with, no run around. I live in Portland and it was well worth the drive from Portland. The next time I need a car I'm going to Bud Clary.

Well, this is my first ever review. Sadly it's being posted because of my negative experience. I guess I should have known that I would feel tricked and bamboozled after buying a car. And actually, I wouldn't be writing this if that was how I felt but then I got great customer service after the purchase. But sadly, I got no service at all the day after my purchase as promised.

I felt pretty good going in to the financial room. I got a fair price for my trade. So I guess I was doing ok. Then came the tricky business of the warranty and services pitch tacked on. In the end it's my own fault I guess for never buying a brand new car on my own? But what I thought was 2k was 4k and a lower interest rate, which they could have given me before the added warranty. But ok, never again. Whatever, I got hosed but should have come in with my own financing and it wouldn't have happened.

What really really bothers me about it is that 2 people were supposed to call me yesterday and no one did. As a person who makes a living in customer service it makes me pretty sick that there was NO follow up after such a large purchase. It's like now that they made the sale they could care less! Even a call to say we are working on it would have been better.

I test drove a lot of cars and the one I really wanted was the chevy! I wish that this dealership had the customer service to go along with it. But they don't. I wanted to buy local too! After this experience I would recommend driving to Portland.

Anyway, I learned a lot from this experience and promise ill never feel like this again! Hopefully you won't have to either! Go somewhere else!
