Not even one star.This is the worst dealership I've ever bought a vehicle from in 40 years.The complete incompetence, lack of service is all the way from sales to service. While purchasing the vehicle there was an evident argument between sales and service which is completely unprofessional.  I've never been lied to more for promised services which should be customary when buying an expensive used vehicle. The brakes needed and were promised to be completely changed yet only to find out at Les Scwaab that nothing had been done since it was new. Nice to know when your wife is hauling 3 horses over the pass, NOT COOL. The reaction from them was as if I caught them in a lie and danced around it.  It was a miscommunication, yeah right. I could go on and on with more. Never go to Dwayne Layne. All you receive is lies, lies and more lies. You have been warned !

I would give no stars but it's not an option.  Disgusting treatment of my elderly father.  I made all arrangements over the phone they evaluated my fathers trade for over an hour. Contract was done for my father they made a mistake on the odometer of his trade in and therefore after he left and went home out of state they called and demanded $5k more even though they said it was a 3k difference from what they said.  The General Manager threatened to have him arrested for stealing and crossing state lines, a federal offense and he wasn't even aware of what was going on.  Now we are going to court and they lied saying he misrepresented the mileage, this is not true at all.  He told the salesman he had no idea about the mileage or how most of the buttons on the car worked and they not my father were the ones that retrieved the odometer reading which was admitted to by Scott and apparently the whole time my father had it, it was the trip meter that had never been changed reading 75k miles but they should have known that. My father did not.  They had hours to review and evaluate his vehicle and 2 days before the contract was complete and it was done over the phone.  They made the mistake and he ended up paying them cash and still hasn't been able to register the vehicle now saying he owes 3k because of their own error.  Do not go there unless you plan on slick salesman and management.  Everyone is great until something goes wrong and they do their best to cover up all the better business bureau complaints. We have gone to the General Attorney's Office as well and have been told that they are known for this type of behavior.  Good luck

I started taking my 2009 GMC Acadia to them this March when it was giving me some problems. Seaview Chevrolet would not give me a loaner car when they knew they would have to have my car for 3 or more days! A friend recommended Arlington Chevrolet and so far they have been amazing! I had some errands to run and they were a little behind for my oil change and even let me take a loaner that time! I love the service and will continue to take my business to Arlington Chevrolet.

I just purchased two vehicles from these guys and it was one of the smoothest cat buying transactions I've ever experienced. Originally I intended to buy just a new truck for myself, but I ended up trading both my cars in for a new truck for myself and a great newer car for my daughter. They were easy to work with, gave me very fair prices on my trade ins and worked to get me the best deal. I would both use them again and recommend them to others. Plus, it's always good to shop locally!! :)

I recently brought my car into there service department for an oil change and had the inside detailed at the same time as I have a toddler and the floor and seats needed to be shampooed. This was the first time I had been there and they did an amazing job! I am extremely picky and see everything. This is the first time I have never had to complain about the way my car looked or have them redo something because it was not up to my standards. I thoroughly looked throughout the car to make sure everything was clean to my standards and it actually was to my amazement. I couldn't believe it. They got every nook and cranny and with a toddler that can be very hard to do. The stains came out of the back seat and everything looked wonderful. I was very pleased. As a working mom on the go all the time I don't have time to get everything done that needs to be done so with their courtesy drop off and pick up it made it easy for me to get my car maintenance done while I was working. Thank you so much for making life a little easier and cleaner for this working mom!

Customer Service was excellent.  I drove 50 miles to test drive one of their trucks and the salesman James was very friendly and patient with my questions and was very professional during the negotiation process.  I ended up buying the vehicle for a fair price and didn't have to sit through games.  They were efficient with the paper work process and threw in a free car wash, oil change and a full tank of gas no questions asked.  I asked questions over the phone before heading out and James had a carfax report  and receipts for maintenance performed printed out and had the vehicle pulled around to the building to view.  The fifth star is only missing due to inconvenient location in respect to the freeway, but they are moving to a more convenient location.
