I haven't met anybody who enjoys the car buying experience, I personally do not like shopping around for cars at all.
I drove for about 2 and a half hours to get to this dealership from where I live. I was greeted by a salesman and they had the car I came to see pulled up and ready to be looked at.
Being a used car there were a few things wrong with it, Harrison Whitten discounted the car for me and we agreed on a price.
It was a good experience and I felt like I paid a fair price for the car.

A few days later the check engine light came on, I took it in to a local shop since I don't have time during the work week to take a little trip. Turned out it needed a pricy job done.

Even though I bought the car as is, the dealership worked with me on taking care of this problem.

Everyone at this dealership was friendly and I liked their service department as well, Steven was very polite and helpful.

I would buy another car from this dealership in the future.

Sold me a lemon. Kept breaking down after the 6 month bumper to bumper warranty ran out. Spent thousands fixing it only to have another problem crop up. Eventually sold it back less than two years later at a 6000 dollar loss, not including the money spent on repairs.

Everyone in service has been friendly. The waiting area is new, and is nicer than it was about a year ago.

My gripe is that twice I have been to have a warranty covered issue resolved, and both times they had to order the parts. Not having the parts un stock means another trip and another wait in the lounge. Bummer.

This is just for the service department.

The set up is a little weird when you go into the service area to talk to a consultant. They have their employees in a line in a garage and you sort of just wait there aimlessly wandering until someone notices you. However, for the most part they do a good job, I've had a bit of work done by them and their prices aren't the greatest but they're not terrible.

I had an issue with my steering and the parts guy told me the cost and I was shocked how much the part was. The great thing was they matched the lower price I found online. Also, if there is an issue with their service call them out and they'll fix it with the quickness.

When your car is done they'll pull it up for you which is nice and if you have to leave the car (if you buy the car from them you get this for free) you can rent a car from them for about $25 however they're not always in the best condition. My girlfriend's rental had cigarette ashes all over the place and they told her not to smoke. They don't really do a great job keep their rentals clean but at least they run decent.

So if you need work that you want/need a dealership that is the lesser of two evils it's definitely the place for the Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep guys.

I just purchased a used vehicle from Whitten..  I contacted my salesman (Chris Price) over the net and gave him a laundry list of needs.  He helped me purchase the perfect vehicle for my family at a price over a thousand dollars less than CarMax's 'no haggle' price.
Once we brought the car home and realized the battery was low which was causing a problem, he had us in in with service the next day, got us a loaner, and had our car back to perfect by afternoon.
I'm not an easy person to please when it comes to something I am going to paying for over the span of years, but pleased I am.
On a side note, we purchased a Chrysler Pacifica Limited model with the third row seating.  If anyone is ever in the market for an incredibly nice but affordable pre-owned family vehicle, I would recommend looking at these.  Even my kids love it.

Lame service department. Asked them to diagnose an intermittent sunroof control on a Jeep Grand Cherokee and basically they said they didn't know how it worked and they couldn't fix it.
