Don't waste our time going ANYWHERE else but WB VW- West Broad VW is a top notch dealership with a great and friendly staff. (Not your typical slime ball salesmen)
Went above any beyond to make sure we were happy and beat anyone else s prices within 200 miles - I was even told my a different dealership good luck cause there's no way your getting your 2014 Passat for that price and laughed then told me to give him a call when I left West Broad disappointed. Well little did he know I left WB with my new car just Like James Anderson had promised. Thanks again West Broad VW

I stopped by a few weeks ago for a test drive. Diego was very helpful and even provided a coffee while I waited.

Very poor customer service. Sales managers only want the money.

Scheduled an oil change a week in advance and as always let them know I would be waiting for the car.  Now I'm understanding and didn't have anywhere to be for 2 hours (at which point a conference call would have to happen.)
OVER 3 hours later with absolutely no updates/check-ins, they managed to finish my oil change.  Really?  For an oil change?  Something I've paid to have done numerous times and know it should not even take an hour.
I might as well have saved my money and done it myself, instead of sitting there watching several other customers come in and leave before my car was done.
Sadly I will never be back and will drive the extra miles to another dealership.

There are lots of pros about this dealership.  I bought my Passat here 8 years ago, and almost always went here for servicing.  The sales people are very personable and helpful, and I found it relatively quick and painless to buy the car.  The service people are also truly committed to providing good customer service.  The waiting area is very nice, and they have a shuttle if your car will be in the shop for a long time.

The cons are the price - part of which is merely the burden of having a VW.  They do great quality work, so I found it worthwhile to have certain fixes done there.  (But auto shops would probably be cheaper.)  In one case, they fixed a tail light  for a state inspection and charged $30 for labor. (?!?!)  That was really unfortunate, because I could have done it myself, or had an auto supply store do it free... So, if you pick and choose what you have them do, I think the shop is worth using at times.

The other day the headlight went out on my relatively new Passat.  Knowing that I could not remove the light and replace it myself ( the owner's manual specifically said not to try it unless I wanted a home perm) I reluctantly made an appointment at WBVA (West Broad Volkswagen Audi).    I was sure that it was not a warranty repair so I braced myself for a several hundred dollar repair.

Much to my surprise and delight, the fix was done in 15 minutes and, since I was still under warranty, they took the hit for me.  You don't hear of this happening all that often these days.  I have always had great dealings with them in the past and the service team is always pleasant and welcoming.  The service area is clean and the waiting room is welcoming.
