Totally unprofessional approach. Our truck had lately some problems with the starter, and we decided to diagnose the problem and let repair it. Came on Monday afternoon and we were told that they do not accept any cars for the day anymore. Because of some scheduled work on Tuesday, we said that we will be dropping off our track on Wednesday morning, which we did. We dropped off at 10:00 in the morning and left our contact #s, and repeatedly said to Myke Payne (Quick Lane Advisor) to call us anytime with the diagnose. Guess what? We never received a call, when we called him ourselves our calls were never answered. When we arrived around 4:00 afternoon we found out that our truck wasn't even looked at! When we asked what happened, Myke said that only 2 out 5 technician showed up and it's nothing he can do! Can you believe it? Nothing he can do??? He could call us and tell us that our car will be not looked at and they are not able to give us the diagnose today! We could picked up our car and come another day! We lost whole day because of their ignorance to others life and business! No respect whatsoever too! Myke Payne just said to leave our truck overnight and he will TRY to get our truck first in line next morning! We were advised on several occasions before from our friends to NEVER leave your car overnight if possible (especially for just diagnosis, you know what I mean!!!!) Nevertheless to say, that we just picked up our truck and left thanking God that we didn't left our car for repair! I would suggest to change their name on the title: "Quick Lane" to something more appropriate and honest: "We don't care Lane?"

I had a fantastic experience with a very knowledgable salesman who showed me every vehicle I wanted to see. After test driving a few, we selected a car and I honestly thought I would making the deal until the sales manager absolutely ruined the sale. The sales manager was being evasive with the discounts available by them and by the factory. While I was able to get to an acceptable price, he proceeded to low balled me on my trade in. We ended going to another dealership that matched the trade in value I thought was fair after researching online. I would give one star, but I will give an extra star for the fantastic salesman.

I have totally lost all confidence in Richmond Ford. All of their pleasant attitudes go out the window when their service department totally botches a state inspection. When told I had bad front end suspension, I questioned their improper method of checking it since it wasn't in accordance with the state inspection manual. I called in the state police to address my problem. It was determined I would take my vehicle to another inspection station for a re-evaluation. My vehicle passed inspection with NO problems.
Having worked at a Ford dealership in the past and having a knowledge of state inspection procedures saved me $752+. It makes me wonder how they treat others. All of this was done with a smile on their face.

We visited Richmond Ford this morning and dealt with Yvette who is a sales manager.  We had found a internet price and she said it was correct and they could not honor price.  While we were in discussion she was rude and got very flustered with our questions.  If you need to deal with a sales manager do anything you can not to deal with her.

Expensive service, and an arrogant service manager (Chad) to go with the high prices. Richmond Ford charged me $256 for a tire that Fritz's Car Care charged me $164 for a few months earlier, the exact same tire including installation. When I went to the dealer for a recall notice (a separate issue), I was willing to pay a little more than my local shop (Paradise Garage and Fritz's), but not 35% more. Look elsewhere for good customer service. I had a good experience on a previous occasion, but based on my last experience, I will not do business with the Richmond Ford service department again.

The short version: took my car here to diagnose a problem, they said there was no problem, I had some preventative maintenance done for 1K, my car is only good for parts now...

My car ran a bit hot, and was not low on fluids so I brought it here to check out, thinking the thermostat may be bad. I was told the car was not overheating, that it was a bad temp sending unit. They mentioned that there was a pinhole in the radiator, but that wasn't a concern as there was still plenty of fluid in the system. I wanted to have a car that was tip top, so I had them replace the temp sending unit, and the radiator. Roughly a thousand dollars later I got back a car which made unpleasant, expensive sounding sounds and which really did overheat. A reputable shop (Performance Autosport) said they could not diagnose the motor w/o tearing it down. Knowing that if the damage caused at the Ford dealership required a rebuild it would run me about 10K (5L stroker, FR500 heads and a drive train designed to spin to 9K rpm), I have elected not to go that route.

From the moment I called back regarding the sounds, and overheating I was uniformly met with defensiveness. I had to argue with the service manager to get them to tow the car back to their shop, so they could diagnose what their expert ASE certified mechanics screwed up on my car (they never did in any case).  So not only was their performance vastly sub par, there was a complete and utter unwillingness to take responsibility. Everyone makes mistakes, you have a choice how you deal with them. I have a 2nd car, but would be SOL were this my only vehicle and my only means of getting to and from work.

If you are thinking about taking your car here for repairs, I strongly recommend you find another shop. Based upon my experience it would have been faster and less expensive for me to drive my car into a brick wall than to have the work done here.

We've bought both our cars here, and the experience was really great both times.  Our favorite salesman is Jason Tucker- he's not pushy, he's helpful and friendly and genuinely cares that we end up with the right car for us, not just an expensive car...
