Service department was friendly and easy to work with.  Tim made my experience painless ...outside of the already outrageous BMW pricing .... Lol but I knew that when I bought the car!  I like the process of matching Tirereack.com for pricing of tires.  I normally would of replaced the tires elsewhere!!! These guys are where the rubber meets the road ;). Great job!

Poor Customer Service. I was overcharged for work I did not need done, because the car was under warranty and the part that needed to be changed was under a Extended Manufacturer Warranty cause of problems in other cars. I attempted multiple times to get my money back, but no one ever contacted me back. I finally got in touch with the GM and he told me it was too late to return the money for the work done. They stalled as long as they could and delayed the process of getting me my money back until they deemed it to be too far in the past to worry about again. Their charges are too much, better to go to a local shop that deals with BMW.

Brought my leased 128i in for some routine maintenance.  The staff was very polite and showed me over to the waiting area while they started on my car.  The waiting area has a TV, some couches, chairs and standing tables for relaxing or working.  Free wi-fi too.  The service was estimated at two hours but took closer to three which was a little disappointing.  However they also replaced a busted light in my trunk free of charge, so I can't complain too much!  Not bad at all.

This review is for the bmw service department only. If you do have to go there, ask for Tim Peterson as your service advisor. The rest are clowns. They have managed to scrape my bumper, logged 10 extra miles on the car that was not documented (ie I got the car back with 10 extra miles not accounted for in their paperwork) and left bolts off the valve cover after finishing the work. Complete incompetence and a lack of care. Do not take your car there, but if you do, ask for Tim and check it over completely when you get it back...

Hmm, well I also see there's a Crown Mini on Yelp now...but thought I'd update here.   I didn't notice right away that when they replaced the tires in July they also replaced the nice metal valve stem caps (that I bought with the car at Crown) with cheap plastic ones.  When a tire went flat a month ago, I sent Matt an e-mail to request they mail my caps back - he quickly replied but I haven't received any follow-up - or caps.

Look, as far as customer service goes and good people. I like this dealership a lot, I have spoke with service directors, techs, parts people and always have been treated right. So to summarize their customer service/support. It's great, and if I was an ignorant car owner, I'd love to take my car here. I realize not everyone is mechanically savvy, but I would recommend doing the research on pricing before you let any dealership do the work on your car.

Now, here's the truth with dealerships (all, not just BMW) and my biggest complaint with them- their price for parts and mark-up on service is RIDICULOUS. Seriously a secondary airflow pump that i can replace myself in probably 30 mins, that i can buy online for $317, they want to charge $513 for and then another $100 for installing it? maybe if you have no car knowledge and have money flowing like rap stars, you can justify spending this 300+ markup on a part. I however, cannot. I honestly don't know why they don't do a "price match" of some sort. you can get genuine BMW parts online for less than any dealership I've ever been too. However, if they would match the online price and then i'd let them install it just out of convenience. I would have let these guys do the work, if they would have price matched the parts online,
