I first went online to view what nissanrichmondvirginia had to offer.  I then called to confirm that they have the vehicle.  Once I arrived at the dealership the sales person let me take the vehicle for a test drive and instantly fell in love with my Nissan Altima.

Upsetting experience. It took 8+ hours to get a new car. Was prepared to put $2000 cash down, but it took 8+ hours for someone to help me out and get everything done. I bought a 2015 Nissan Versa with manual windows/doors/trunk locks, and I agreed to pay $1000 to upgrade them to automatic. It took 7+ days for them to do that. The job looks COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Extremely unhappy at how butchered my car looks now. If someone had just told me how terrible my car would look now, I wouldn't have had that done. (The kit for auto windows is $70 on eBay - had I known that beforehand, I would have just bought that.) Tried to complain and got a run-around for 3+ hours. They tried to sell me a different car for $60 extra a month ("only $15 a week!!" - well, that's an extra $4,000 on my total loan - thanks, but no thanks.) All I want is my original car in an unbutchered state. Furious.

I'm not really one to write reviews of places I've been to, but because the service my husband and I got here was wonderful, it's important that people who may be interested to lease or purchase a vehicle from here need to know.  We came in to look further into the Rogue because it's the car that I've always been wanting to have and never had to chance to actually take it for a test drive or to really scrutinize and know more about it.  Of course I came with a a budget knowing I can't get all those extra options that were really cool to have like a navigation system or Sirius Radio, etc.  Anyway, Moses and Trevor were very knowledgeable and welcoming and did everything possible to cater to our needs.  Their friendly attitude and professionalism really made the experience much smoother and not to mention they were very accommodating and helpful as well!

I needed to update my review, thus here I am.  I had a very pleasant experience with Nissan today.  Long story short, my car needed be towed so a diagnostic could be conducted.  I called this morning to check it had made it in and Jonathan informed me it had.  He noted he was actually just about to call me.

He was able to tell me some things that definitely were not the cause of the problem and offer some suggestions on what it may be.  He called later and informed me of the issue and cost.  He was super helpful.  When I got to the dealership to "pay bond" on my car Jonathon had excellent news, he was able to cover the service needed under warranty.  

He handed me my keys and paperwork and informed me my car was in back.  When I got to it, it had been washed and vacuumed.  That was the cherry on the sundae.  Nissan really impressed me with their service today.

My family received an internet quote from Sheehy on a new Versa Note, which was competitive but not the lowest we received from the Richmond area.  When we went into the dealership (most local) to drive and purchase the vehicle, Luciano Batista pulled out his top hat of classic car dealership tricks.  Claimed that the quote was for a model much lower than requested, claimed the vehicle wasn't there (then accidentally found it) and quoted several thousands higher.  Upon walking out, he called over and over until I answered and begged me to come back for the purchase.  Even said he would beat any other dealership's price by $4000.  Please.  I bought just up the street for lower than the original estimate which made my $0 down lease payment drop by over $70 month!  He said it was impossible.  Richmonders, shop around:  Sheehy is FAR from the lowest in the area pricewise, you'll get a much better customer service experience elsewhere and it's no wonder this ethic-less dealership has been sold!

Horrible experience, buyer beware! I have never dealt with such unprofessional sales reps in my life. They are completely untrustworthy. Do not spend your money here.  There are so many other great dealers in Richmond including Haley and Priority. This was such a nightmare. Please go anywhere else!

Had a great experience with the guys here. Didn't buy a car and they couldn't meet my financial goals, but the salesman was still very helpful and spoke to me nicely as I left.

I started bringing my Nissan Murano here after I realized I was being overcharged by Merchants Tire on Broad St.  It wasn't all peaches here at Nissan the first time, they gave me the run around about the part my car needed being available, and then being on the way, and then not even ordered.  I decided to give them a second chance when I brought it back the following week and ever since they have been great.  

Travis seems to be the guy running the service area and he has been very pleasant to work with even with all the craziness of how busy this place gets.  If you need to get something done, Travis is your man.

The prices for service are reasonable and they stand behind their work (since that original incident).   Since then I came for my 65-70K maintenance and then now for my headlight.  They gave me a rental car for the day during the maintenance servicing.  And they are taking care of a recall that I did not know about (intake) while my car is here to get the headlight replaced.  

So, I will say that I am happy with the price and service and will continue to service my Nissan here.
