I took my car to Haley fords  body shop on Pam's Avenue. In Richmond. They did a great job on my car. They were very efficient and very kind and friendly. I recommend them to family and friends.

New to the area and let me tell everyone that I will not be bringing any business to this place ever again, I actually plan on suing for not fixing my vehicle, it was worse than when i brought it in. I have no idea how this place is in business. They also kept the vehicle for about a week and no one bother to keep me informed on what was going on. The service advisor is about as smart as a bag of rocks.

Dealer assessed thousands if dollars in repairs and charged Ford for them... Their assessment didn't address the reason my car was in the shop nor does the car drive any better since they "repaired" it.  Kept it for days longer than quoted.  Terrible customer service... Well be bringing our fleet of cars elsewhere.

Having just moved to the area I don't see myself coming back here for service. The service advisor seemed put out I came in with 50 minutes till they close for an oil change and tire rotation. And then she just acted like I was dumb and didn't know what an oil change was.

I have been there a few times now and so far I have never felt good about their service. I don't get the welcome feeling when I get there.  The guys who check you in seems always busy with something else while I wait in front of him being pretty much ignored till he's ready.  The checkout cashier had a full lunch spread at the counter the time before when I was paying. Not very professional, I must say.
This time I brought my Escape (hybrid) in for A/C checkup since it blows warm air especially on hot days and it normally takes about 20 minutes to start getting cool. Diagnosis? "There's nothing wrong. The fluids are full and it's supposed to only cool to 30 degree below the exterior temp." REALLY?  Well, I guess I should thank them for not charging me gazillion dollars for nothing but you really think taking 20 minutes to get the air to cool and blowing hot air on hot days are okay? It was working much better when I got it 6 years ago...  I was made to feel like I'm the crazy one. Okay thanks. I guess I will just count my blessing that you didn't rip me off.

As per the other review, when I went to purchased my Ford Focus, they did not have the vehicle with all the options I wanted.  After 1 day, they have my new blue Focus ready to go, and in addition they located a vehicle for my husband.  We are very pleased with the service we have had as well.
