Established in 1972.

Haley started on Semmes Avenue before construction was completed in 1982 on the (then) new showroom on Midlothian Turnpike. It has served the company well, but was closed to the public once the brand new Sales and Service showroom facility was completed and opened in 2013, right across the lot at 9811 Midlothian Turnpike.

I've been coming to have all my service at Haley and the experience is great! Stick to my same service adviser Chris Fender, he goes out of his way to insure that I'm in and out in a timely fashion and up to date with my car (for any delays, additional items that may be needed, etc). So I am watching a car where the owner purchased a warranty with the dealer that is supposed to cover her tires. They give a lovely answer of "Oh ma'am we dont know how long it could take to replace your tire it could be several hours. We have no way to know how long IT COULD TAKE TO PROCESS THE WARRANTY PAPERWORK"!!! Meanwhile Im looking at a senior driving on a donut spare who purchased a warranty thinking it was there to protect her when she had an issue.

Listening to the conversation was absolutely enraging. Yes it was a lady but that does not mean kick into 'blinker fluid' mode. They know it should take 30-45 minutes at the most to change a tire. They have appointments open but hey it could be 5 or 6 hours.

As with my last 4 car purchases avoid Haley Branded dealers.... I can go into detail of purchasing my wife's car at the sales table in the middle of Haley Toyota if we need a better example of bad service... Yes I did and it was priceless when the Sales manager came over and ask why we were leaving and I told him it was to pick our new car up across town.

Was very pleased with Bill and Ernie. The first vehicle was looked at was not to our liking and they were able to show us another Yukon that was perfect and within our price. If you can get a straight answer or an internet price online (without going in for their high-pressure sales game), you got further than I did.  I kept getting responses like "its not worth it to negotiate a price if you haven't seen or driven the car yet"--of course I drove the car, now I just need a good price without sitting in your dealership for the better half of the day negotiating with the manager behind the wall.  Do your research before buying from this dealership; there are FAR better deals within an hour drive of Richmond--and they dont charge $500 to "process" your bad deal either.
