Stay away! Whoever gave 5 stars must be either an employee or a friend because that was by far THE worst experience I've ever had. The little short man on the right in the pic has to be the most unprofessional, rudest, shadiest car salesman ever. When you think shady car salesman, he's the first thing that comes to mind.

First off, he said the price is not negotiable very rudely. He didn't even introduce himself, and was just generally very shady. We wanted to take it for a test drive, and one of his female employees came with us, like the secretary or something. They asked to take a copy of my driver's license which was fine, and my cell phone number I don't know why and looking back I shouldn't have given it to them. Anyways we got back and I wanted the copy of my license back because it has private personal information and they refused, claiming it was for insurance purposes and they kept it on file then shredded them after 30 days.

My dad got upset, they refused to give it back, we called the police, they still refused and basically the cops said there was nothing they could do because it was civil, just to sue them and report them to the better business bureau. I asked if they got called here a lot and he said yes, for this crappy dealership and the one across the street on state street. Then, the lady that came with us went ape shit crazy and started yelling saying we were rude since we got there, which we weren't and we were trespassing and just being straight up crazy yelling. The cops looked annoyed and obviously had dealt with this crap before.

DO NOT COME HERE EVER. I don't know how they stay in business. If someone robs my house I know who did it.

I just bought my car today, so I don't have a long-term review of the quality of the car, but in terms of the car buying process and the ease of the F&I portion, I am thoroughly impressed.

Going into this review, it is important to note that I am no stranger to car buying, and I am not a fool.  I am a well-educated woman, and I strongly believe that I was treated with respect and fairness at this dealership.  When I mention specific customer service highlights, I stand behind the sincerity of the background.  I am completely aware that the stereotype of car salesman is lying through their teeth about EVERYTHING to get a deal, down to their compliments on your style or their fake smiles.  This is not these guys - and please know that my review comes from a place of scrutiny.

Everything they do is completely transparent.  They offer a fair price for their cars (really...I got my car for $2,000 less than I could find it listed for at NADA, KBB, Edmunds and VMR - and I came in prepared to fight), and they make every effort to disclose details that they know about the car.  There are no "4-square sheets" where they lay out numbers in all corners, and when you protest a price, they come back with all the numbers rearranged.  The downside to this method of negotiating (besides that you are negotiating in the first place) is that it's typically hard to spot where they are moving figures around and not actually giving you discounts or more trade allowance.  Auto Gallery shows you their financing screen, and you can see them working the numbers the whole time.  Every piece of paper they look at, they would have no problems showing you.  It would be very hard for them to hide extra fees, pack payments, or discount trades. I got more for my trade I expected a small dealer to be able to swing.  Of course, these are things I never would've admitted while I was there!  While he is very straight forward and honest, this is just his "40 years experience" speaking realism.  I appreciated his honesty, as it gives him credibility.

Boyd, the owner, blew me away with his level of customer service.  I was weighing two very different vehicles against each other (2006 and 2008, with similar miles and similar luxury standards).  Boyd and Bret both spent time looking over the cars with me and my partner, comparing features and what-if scenarios.  We all discussed the future for each car, including loan longevity, future trade-in value, and maintenance costs.  A typical car salesman has no obligation to do these things, but they spent time treating us like real people.  I can see that they are emotionally invested in their customers and the cars they sell.

Talk about a low pressure closing!  Everything was super relaxed and stress free.   I was even shown the reports that the credit unions sent back about my credit, so I knew EXACTLY where I stood.  Typically, you have to rely on word from the F&I guys that you have no hope of ever proving. Once during closing, I mentioned that I had a business account at the credit union where my loan was approved.  Boyd immediately got on the phone in front of me, called up the loan officer, and negotiated to get my interest rate even further reduced.

I really enjoyed this family-owned business. The above review prompted me to write mine.  Like I said, I don't know the future of my car, but I am confident that it will be bright.  I had nothing but a positive experience here.  I do hope that the above reviewers were able to get their issues resolved.  I would definitely recommend my friends to buy cars from these guys!  Give them a shot.
