Reviews on Specialized Sales & Leasing

We just bought a 2014 Lexus GS 350. These guys are awesome!! No pressure sales, honest, great inventory, great cars! The nice car we have ever bought and the easiest purchase ever!

I recently bought a car from Specialized. I am a shop savvy kind of gal and did my research before saying "I'll take it". These guys have the best deals on imports hands down. I went many places, compared many sites and Specialized's cars beat the others in price, mileage and overall condition 100% of the time. I bought my car from them and it was a pain free transaction. I will buy from them again in the future. My car was delivered earlier than predicted and the pictures truly did my car no justice. It was more than gorgeous in person. I am overall, very, very happy with my purchase and the way Specialized does business. I recommend them to anyone who asks where I got my car.

Bought a car here a couple of months ago. I don't post reviews very often but my car buying experience here at specialized was one of my all time favorites. I'm one of those people that buys a new car every year so I've had many different experiences and none as good as with specialized. Abdul Kisana the owner actually took the time to work out the deal with me. He was awesome and very fair! There is nothing better than working directly with the owner. The cars on the lot are incredible. There is no inventory like it in Utah. For a car enthusiast like myself it's like walking through an amusement park. If you have time cruise on down just to check out the cars. I had an all around great experience and refer every friend or family member back to Specialized.

Seriously I have felt nothing but comfortable when talking with Abdul. His floor room isn't like a typical high end dealer but you will notice his prices aren't either. That said, his cars are the nicest in the valley hands down!

I don't understand the reviews written here but maybe it's because he is a very busy guy and multi tasks a lot. I respect it, he's running a business. I prefer to deal with the owner when doing business cause I know the buck stops there. I know people that fly in from All over the US to buy here. Great selection. He knows his cars and he will work with you.

Do Not Buy Car From Them UNSEEN.   Don't make the same mistake I made.

Reading from all the negative reviews from multiple sites on internet, I was very skeptical in wiring Abdul Kisana $55K for a 2013 Audi S6.  As a precaution, I phoned Utah State Tax Commissioner's office, Motor Vehicle Enforcement Div. to search if the business is legitimate and if any history of buyer's complaint. Yes, there were 13 since 2010.  Utah has is a "Buyer-Be- Aware" state.  The lady from the Commissioner's office cautioned me that the # of reported cases is unusually high, and that I would need to be careful.

Over the phone, Abdul Kisana promised me that the condition of the car was pristine, and I will not be disappointed.  Plus, Carfax report shows it to be an 1-owner clean car with no history of accident.  In love so much with the car, I decided to take my chances and bought the car UNSEEN.

Upon the car's arrival, I immediately noticed something peculiar with the LED headlight and a warning light displayed on the dashboard, and the hood was not aligned with an obvious bad quality repaint job.  The windshield also had a glass chip the size of  1/2 of a dime.  After taking it to my mechanic for a thorough inspection, here are the damages and repair costs:
1) LED Headlight full assembly - parts $2265 + labor $225
2) Headlight Control Module - parts $240
3) Hood adjustment & alignment - $450
4) Hood Repaint - $700 (due to Original Black Pearl effect)
5) Front quarter panel repair - $450
6) Front Windshield Replacement - est $1200+
7) Missing Underside Cover - $126
Total repair cost $5,656 (+Noticeable Blemishes on the left passenger side not included in above)

After complaints with Abdul, he stated that his profit on the car was very thin ($2500) but was willing to reimburse me $1600.  HOWEVER, if I was to post positive comments on 3 sites (Google, Dealerrater, Yelp) for him, he would be willing to give me $2000.  Out desperation and of a good heart, thinking that for an used car dealer willing to give up his profits to cover a client's loss is an act of being responsible, I agreed to it -  After all, he bought the car from the auction without a fully knowledge of the issues.   Thus, there was an original posting of my positive comment on Specialized.

Four weeks later, due to registration issue, I requested transaction records from Specialized.  Upon checking the Auction records, I discovered that Abdul had about $8,000+ profit in the car, net of fees and transportation costs.  This indicated to me that he bought the car at a substantial savings, most likely with knowledge of the problems.

Feeling being cheated and lied to, I went back to Abdul, advising him that it is unethical for him to lie and pocket a huge profit on my loss, he needed to reimburse me in full.  Otherwise, I would reverse my comments and post it all.  This time around, Abdul responded to my email with F*** Y** text messages, 4 times.

I am simply telling my experience and the truth as is.  I also wonder what's behind those positive comments.  Feel free to take your own risk.   But I would not have done it had I known.

If you want to buy a car from an extremely rude and pompous group of individuals.. This is the place. They define the image of a used care salesman. Pretty much every correspondence from them was rude. Good luck if you're buying from them.

I inquired about a car and the saleperson said it had a clean carfax. We ran it and sure enough the car had an accident.  Everything that came out of the salesman's mouth (John) was lie after lie. He charged my credit card without my signature. He was not supposed to unless I signed a contract to put a hold on the car. But he did it anyway and then later on told me that he could not credit my money back. I called him to ask for my money back and he had nothing to say but the "F" words. I have never dealt with a business before that uses foul language like this guy did.  There are millions of cars out there so be careful that you buy the whole package...an honest salesman with a nice car.
