Exceptional Service! Previously I had negative experiences with several Jeep dealerships in Charlotte, NC prior to relocating to Salt Lake City. It wasn't your typical car buying experience because the staff made an effort to connect with myself as a buyer. Darin Jolley provided exceptional service and I'm not one to give perfect 10's but when I receive the customer satisfaction survey from Jeep -- it will be a no brainer to give all 10's. Working in banking myself I understand that all products and services are the same, it is simply the service that sets you apart. I easily could have chosen a larger dealership in the valley but the intimate and connected service provided by Salt Lake Valley and their staff is top notch. if you are in the market for a vehicle or servicing of your vehicle this is the place to go. Way to go guys, you set the bar high!

Worst customer service ever! My 2014 Jeep broke down and I was stranded after their service center had closed and they refused to do anything to help me out, mind you I called them at 6:15 PM. My jeep was still under warranty and had a towing package but they refused to help me even get a tow truck. They said for me to call my insurance and take care of it that way. I ended up calling Larry H Miller Jeep and was able to get a service agent to help me find a tow truck to help me not be stranded. I refuse to take Jeep to their service department every again.

Buyers beware that they will take your money and not be there for you after.

The staff genuinely care.  They smile, laugh, and get the job done.  When they say 20 mins, they mean 20 mins, and maybe 15, not 45.  The service department especially has been very helpful and attentive.

I came here for an oil change,  the express line for oil change is awesome no appointment required,  I love the level of detail for the service I  received.  They put plastic inside of the car so it wouldn't get dirty,  front desk guys were friendly and attentive.   They even gave me a coupon to get a manufacturer refund for the oil.   Definetily good place and coming back.

I bought my 2013 Grand Cherokee here and have it serviced here. They have been great to work with. The only reason I didn't give them a full 5 stars is their selection seems to be less than other dealerships. I sent a friend there who was looking for a jeep. They didn't have the color/options he wanted and ended up quoting them higher than what they bought at another dealership. I get that they are trying to make some money so I really can't fault them but it's always nice when you send a friend somewhere and they have a great experience rather than hearing they didn't feel they were treated as well as at the dealership they bought at.

Pertains to the service department...Thanks for the lack of warning after the most miserable experience of my life.  Horrible 3 hour wait, with 3 kids,  for an oil change and tire rotation.  "All done."  Wait you FORGOT to rotate the tires after I told you like 5 times and presented in writing that I needed one?   Another miserable hour later, "All done.  We washed your car for you."  Great thanks,  inside of my car is a horrible greasy mess, unlike I have ever seen before, yet the outside is clean.

Oh that's not the end.  Why is my vehicle now pulling to the right?  Yes, thanks for not warning me that my tire that you rotated to the front was horribly terribly miserably worn on the inside, almost to the point of failure.

Even though we were from out of the area I felt I was treated like a long time customer at the Service Department.
We are from California and were traveling through. I was getting past due for an oil change for my Dodge Durango. No appointment? No problem.
Super was very professional, helpful and pleasant. He was able to confirm that I had warranty coverage for oil changes so there was no charge. It was fast efficient and just right. And our two dogs got to cool off in the customer lunge.

You guys do service right. Thanks so much.

I've purchased 5 cars from dealerships & I have never had an experience like this one. Not low pressure, no pressure! They said take it, have fun, we close at 8. We played around with like 20 different down/lease/buy options, then went to sign docs & had the best experience ever!! Hey,want an extended warranty? No? Ok! Checking deals later only confirmed what I already knew, we got a great deal! Found out they have new owners, go, they're ready to negotiate!

These guys were great to deal with. Not pushy like I've felt at other dealerships when looking for a car. The whole process from start to finish I felt comfortable with these guys. They were patient with us in our decision-making, not pushy. They offered us better financing than our own credit union offered, and it was approved quickly. They didn't try to sell us a bunch of options, upgrades, etc., etc. The whole transaction went so smoothly I left there happy.  No complaints, would buy a car from them again.
I bought my dream car from them that I'll probably have for a long time but if I decide to buy a car again, I will be back. Thanks Charles, Brad, and of course, Darwin!
