The experience was good in the beginning. We worked with a great representative. He was very informative and answered all of our questions. The only issue I had was picking up the car. It took 3 hours longer than it should have taken for the car to be cleaned and inspected. Our guy did go out himself to help clean but I was very frustrated that it took over three hours to pick up our car.

The last dealership I've dealt with recently, overall we relatively ok to work with, but it still wound up taking a pretty solid 4 hours. They did well to trade in my other car, which was pretty much driven into the ground at that point, but I got the distinct feeling that had I not done my research and narrowed it down to a fairly specific used car on their lot, it probably would have been fairly agonizing.

The Hyundais were not impressive (I drove a couple, what the Hell) at all, even against a fairly used Camry (which was why I went there), but the salesperson wasn't pushy and the manager dug his heels in at a certain point, but wasn't too overboard. They were helpful with getting financing, though, once more, it was what I considered an excessively slow process.

I woundn't hesitate to use them again, despite approx. zero follow-up to their promise that they made to look after me, other than the occasional voicemails or advertising flyers, but honestly, only if they had something I wanted. I would not go there to "shop". I don't actually mind the lack of follow-behind, overall, since the method of heavy research and narrowing down to about 4 - 6 specific vehicles worked so well this last time.

Could use a lot better customer amenities, though, if they're going to consistently hold people there that long...
