I have had excellent service from the parts and repairs center of this location. My husband and I both own Kias and frequent this location often and will continue because of the quality service we have received!

Giving this place one star is generous. I've owned my Kia for 10+ years and been to numerous, helpful dealerships. This one is not one of them. I've been there 3 times and have never had anything but an awful experience. The first time I went there, they said they'd do a quick diagnosis of the concerns I had told them and then we'd know what kind of work needed to be done. Almost 2 hours later (and other customers asking if they had forgotten about me), the guy comes out and tells me it will be $200 for the diagnosis -- which, ok. But he literally didn't tell me anything I hadn't told already told him when I had gotten there. He never let me know that this 'quick diagnosis' would be this costly or timely. I paid it and left frustrated. I didn't dare set up any future car work with them (not to mention that they didn't have the part that was needed and it was going to take 2 weeks to get).

Fast forward about a year later -- I had bought a battery from another Kia dealership that had a 2 year warranty. About a year after having the battery, it was shot. So I called this dealership (I know, I know. I should have learned the first time.) to see if we could do a quick, painless exchange of batteries. The girl that answered said she'd check. She said with the receipt I could bring the battery in and trade it in. 'Oh yeah, we'll honor that' she said. I drove there with the battery in hand and as soon as I got there, I was told to wait a few minutes. No problem. Suddenly another guy walks up and asks if I've been helped and asks what I need. I show him the battery, my original receipt, and explain that I was told on the phone to bring it in. The guy (his name is Matt, by the way) grimaces and scoffs at me and tells me 'uh... Yeah we can't do that. I'll talk my boss, but we can't do that'. 10 seconds later he comes back and tells me that they can't trade it in because the car isn't there. I'm not a genius, but I do know that you can't drive a car with a dead battery. I explain that I was told on the phone to bring the battery in (how else did they expect me to bring it in?). Anyway, he said Id have to pay for a tow truck... And I told him to get real. Then he told me that he's worked with cars for 16 years and this place and that place and there's policies and rules and there's no way he was ever going to help me. So I walked off. Frustrated again.

Sorry for this long review, but if I've helped at least one person steer clear of this place then my work here is done.

Thanks Matt, for being so incredible. On Opposite Day.
