Time is critical. We have 2 cars, a Mitsubishi and a Chevy. It has taken as much as 45 minutes to drop off our car at the Ancira Chevy dealership. That's just to get someone to take the keys.

Yesterday and most every time we've gone here, the service rep arrived within minutes, and we were out of there in about 5 minutes. Yesterday, Daniella arrived at the car door within seconds of our arrival, took the order and keys and again, we were on the road in minutes.

Then, when we returned to pick up the car, she double checked the order, found a part that needed to removed, corrected the order and got out us the door in 10, while apologizing for taking so long!

We bought a Spark because the total cost of ownership is the best. However, what isn't calculated in that $ value is how much time we spend waiting for routine maintenance. Next time, we'll buy a Toyota or a Mitsubishi where they respect our time.

Since both my husband and I drive two cars to drop off one and our combined hourly salary is $60, Ancira's 1-hour wait to drop off a car is a $60 hour we can't get back. Moreover, if we had a spare hour, we'd have been hiking in Government Canyon Park, not sitting outside the dealership.

Buying a new car is stressful, enough said.

The people here at West Loop Mitsubishi help to take off some of that stress and make buying a car a good experience. I had received a flier in the mail about a Mitsubishi Outlander and went to check out this place. I was helped by the salesman, Robert who worked with me throughout the entire car-buying process. After lots of negotiating, we finally settled on a price and the car was bought. I also dealt with the manager and finance guy and talked with several other salesmen, all of which were very friendly.

Definitely check this place out if you're in the market for a new car & ask for Robert. He was awesome and efficient!

Worst customer service ever! For an oil change it takes 2 hours. While waiting for service I went for a test drive. Sales manager sucked horrible. I asked for help on phone and was lazy and gave me attitude trying to brush me off the phone. I'm paying $800 for repair and I was ready to buy a new car. They'll be nice to you up front, but shitty afterwards. Screw this place. I'll buy a Toyota instead now. Sad I was a champion of my 10 year old car.  Little man complex. I'll post a pic of my new Toyota!!!

Very nice group of folks working here. It took a long while to get the work done, because one thing led to another, but my car rides like new again! Oil changed, rotors turned, brake pads replaced, alignment fixed and tire pressure all checked.

My father is a parts manager for a dealership in California so I run everything through him before I give the green light and these guys did what needed to be done, charged me a more than fair price and were so nice to work with.

I'd give this five stars, but the facility is older and a bit run down. Older is understandable, but it was not as clean as it could be. Maybe that's just the girl in me. I wanted to scrub a few things down and straighten the pictures on the walls, but I resisted the urge and read magazines and visited with the many seemingly satisfied customers that turned over while I waited.

Because I was there for so long (I didn't have a ride, being new to San Antonio), I observed the parts counter at work and they were so nice to everyone who came in. One fellow was working the phones like a champ and seemed genuine about helping all of the folks on the other end of the line.

I even spent time with the sales team who showed me a couple of cars as my husband is in the market and I thought I'd do a bit of homework while I waited. They were helpful and fun.

It's kind of scary not having my dad around to handle all things car, so finding a place that takes care of me, giving me that same peace of mind I've enjoyed all my adult car-owning life is so important. I think I found my car's home away from home. Thanks West Loop Mitsubishi! :)

Dropped off my car for its 30k service, waiting 8 hours to get it back, good thing is they will drop you off at your work place and pick you up if needed, while they work on your Vehicle.  Amazing Service but the price are ridiculous
