I love the service guys, they're always very helpful.  My only complaint about this place is the television channel it's always on sports. I'm sorry but most of the people waiting for their car are obviously not interested in this. Change the channel, please!

If I could rate this less than one or a negative number I would. I have a brand new Dodge Challenger 2014 with 1100 miles. Check engine light came on and the car started knocking very loudly and running rough. My wife brought the car to Northstar Dodge. At the first the Service guy "Sam" told my wife that if we don't put put gas at the same place every time, this could cause the check engine light to come on and the car to idle rough. What a bunch of crap. So in essence we have to use the same place to put gas every time, that was the insinuation. So after four days of "diagnosing it" they came to the conclusion that this was a serious problem and to further diagnose it they would have to keep the car for about another 2 months. WTF!!!! Sam said it could be anything from a cylinder, rod, timing chain, spark plug, to a coil.

Sorry...0 stars.  I called on a Sunday newspaper ad for a Ram 1500 SLT Reg. Cab for $17000 and an additional $1000 0ff for USAA members.  I talked to Rico, a salesman, who said they had one left.  He said it had a 5.7 Hemi engine, power windows and power locks.  He sure was nice on the phone and very helpful until I am ready for the test drive.  He starts telling me that I should not expect any more discounts than the advertised price.  I told him they should not offer it then.  By the way, it did NOT have power windows or power locks... It was a bare bones truck.  Kinda like you can keep your own doctor.  So I was impressed with the truck and he turns me over to the manager who says I can have it for $20000.  Say WHAT?  I'm thinking $16000 from the ad for a SLT model.  I asked him more than once about the SUNDAY paper ad and he said that was the best he could do.  This wasn't even a bait and switch.  This was pure dishonest everything.  Will never go back and will tell corporate they owe me for my valuable time and trust.

This is the worst car dealership experience we have ever had.  They bait you in via their web site and all the hot deals "just sold yesterday".  Once we arrived we were greeted by a less than enthusiastic receptionist sitting in the middle of the doorway with an over flowing trash can of garbage on to the floor.  We waited over 15 minutes to meet the guy we talked to on the phone who then turfed us off to the sales man who disappeared for another 20 minutes only to come back as give us the old bait and switch because he could not find the car from their web site. We tried to deal with them off and on for 3 days and with their constant lies, high pressure tactics, and total lack of service we move on.

If you want a completely different experience go 30 minutes north to Bluebonnet Dodge who put us in a car spot on our budget that had many more upgrades and we can't say enough about the top rate customer experience.  Excellent no pressure environment, personable sales staff, and just an overall wonderful group of folks.
