I have to admit that North Park Toyota is definitely the GREATEST Toyota dealership I have ever experienced! This is my 4th visit to have my vehicle serviced and I am very satisfied as always. The prices are a bit steep, but I would rather pay extra to know that I am getting quality service and peace of mind.

I would like to extend my compliments and appreciation to Service Writer Tyler and Service Manager J R in Express Lube for being extremely kind, knowledgable and helpful to me during my repairs. They kept me informed during every step of the repair process. I realized my transmission fluid was leaking, so I had my car brought here to be diagnosed, thank the Lord it was only the trans cooler lines and radiator. They also informed me that my oil pan was leaking severely and recommended repairs...I am glad they caught this in time.
These guys should train every other service writer in town to know how to take care of their customers. I was NEVER pressured or rushed into making any decisions on repairs or additional work that I did not need...I was only offered helpful advice that my car needed a power steering flush and fuel system flush....I am glad they told me about this, now my car drives like it is right off the assembly line.

I also appreciate the snacks and beverages they offer while you wait as well as the car wash after your service is complete!
I will continue to come here in the future for all major service repairs and will search for a second new Toyota vehicle here in the future. I could not be more satisfied in a dealership than I am with North Park Toyota. Please continue this with all current and future employees in every department because y'all are Number One in my book.

I bought a tacoma here Brand New a couple years ago and had been bringing it back for service with the free oil change coupons and everytime they came back with different issues!! For example one of the times they charged me $20.00 to rotate the tires, which was supposed to be done for free!! When i brought it to Mr. Perez's attention he refunded me the money in a check a couple months later!!!! Then today I used a coupon  for 29.95t tried to over charge me saying that my truck took 6quarts of oil instead of 5 and that they had spoken to me about it, which was a lie, and no where on the coupon does it state that!! He then went on to tell me I needed new tires, a tune up, air filter, etc... I told him another time and he said if I didn't have the money to apply for credit with them...that's a great idea..let me over pay for the repairs and get charged an even higher interest rate!! People be ware!! Especially women! They WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!! Take a man with you or someone who knows cars if you have to go here. I am THRU with this dealership! This place is as bad as dealing with crooked lawyers!

Took too long! I was told about an hour, and 1 hour and 45 minutes later I asked what was taking so long? They told me 15 minutes to go. I had an 8 am appointment, but didn't get out till after 12pm. Talk about slow service.

Dear 'Every Other Toyota Dealership in San Antonio:' Please learn from North Park Toyota how customer service works. It'll be incredibly beneficial for you.

This place rocks. The cars, the people, the service, the amenities and the dealership really as a whole. You don't have to come in here feeling like you're going to have all your money taken away from you and the sales process isn't forceful, it's actually informative. The guys here aren't pushy and you truly do end up with a smile on your face.

As we all know, car-buying is an incredibly stressful process, but not when you have salespeople like Robert Garza and managers like Kevin Dolan. We knew we wanted to trade-in a lease, and then we knew we wanted to get into another lease - a lease similar to a deal my brother got in Houston. We were sure as to what we wanted, and North Park worked to give us exactly that, even if that meant slashing prices and giving additional discounts. They even gave us exactly what we wanted for our car, especially since they'd noticed how long we'd been waiting there.

Kevin, one of the managers, heard me say, "I added 50 miles driving out here!" He then did not fail to make sure I left satisfied and completely happy. After you're done with the salespeople, you normally have to deal with the finance guys - our guy, Nick, was AWESOME! He doesn't have to be; he could simply work up the numbers and have you sign papers, but nope. Nick talked, was informative and really helped us understand the process. It was awesome! Not only that, but I might've forgotten to sign a sheet, so he's even checked in since to see if he should mail out the sheet. I'll be going there soon, so he won't have to worry about that.

Robert Garza was professional, nice, understanding and incredibly informative. He had knowledge of the extensive inventory and made sure we had all of our options before making a decision. He was happy and always smiling, and that really helped us get settled in our deal.

While you're waiting to buy a car or for service, they have a food counter where you can get free popcorn, cookies and drinks. They even have a small menu that you have the option to order off of. The waiting area is small, but there are several sitting areas around the facility. It's not your typical dealership - it has a very homey, cozy environment that actually makes you want to be there, rather than dread all the money that's going out of your pocket.

I am SUCH a fan and I want EVERYONE to know this. This place deserves its name and its accolades, and I hope to give them further business in the future.

I never thought I would say this about a vehicle negotiation, but WOW. What an amazing experience.

We were greeted by our salesperson, Robert Garza, with kindness and actual excitement for getting us to be a loyal North Park Toyota customer. We had already test driven the car and knew exactly what we wanted, and Robert was knowledgeable of their inventory and current lease offers that we were pursuing. Our relative had received a great deal from a dealership in Houston and they did everything to match it, to earn our business and keep us from driving to another dealership.

Sales Manager, Kevin Dolan became involved in the negotiations and he was just as helpful and kind as Robert. These guys did it all! We were shown the vehicles that were eligible for the lease special on the Camry and they even offered to have one ordered specifically to match our needs if their current inventory did not satisfy us.

All in all, we traded in our car at a very fair value at the dealership and left with the vehicle we had in mind, the same day!

Thank you, guys! We will be back to give more business within the month. You have made us a life-long patron and we will be sharing our experience with our social circle.

They FALSELY list base model cars on TrueCar.com as the more expensive Luxury Trim Levels, but list the actual cheaper trim in "Seller Notes" to inflate the TrueCar Value and appear to be a better deal. It is dishonest to buyers, and wastes time for those searching for an actual Luxury car! What a bunch of crooks!

I never thought i would ever say this but i had the best experience ever in buying a car! Frank Kerr was the greatest! He used to work at the Toyota plant so he went out of his way to make sure i got the best deal close to what i wanted to spend on my Camry. He didnt push me to buy extras i didnt need. I work at Toyota & all nite i kept talking about Frank and recommended him to all my co-workers! I would recomend him to everyone, especially to Toyota employees, he knows how hard we work there!

Very disappointed with our purchase from here.  The salesman that I had was Robert Robles.  I purchased a 2015 4Runner Limited for my Fiance for Christmas.  When searching for the vehicle I told Robert that I wanted "Every Option" and also said the phrase "Fully Loaded". They did not have this vehicle in stock and he was searching for one.  Well first it took almost 4 days to finally find the one we ended up with.  I put down a deposit to secure the first one and somehow it was sold out from under me.  He then claimed he found another one in Dallas and the next day called and said that one fell through as well.  Well he finally found one and after having gone and picked it up and suprised my fiance with it I discovered it did not have every option like I requested.  The option she wanted most was remote start and the vehicle did not have this option although it is offered as an option.  When I called to tell Robert about this he tried to convince it wasn't worth it because the Toyota remote start makes you turn off and restart the vehicle when you enter it.  He completely tried to dismiss my frustration as I kept telling him how upset I was.  He then told me that ifIo wanted this option I would have to pay extra for it.  I disagree because I requested several times for a fully loaded vehicle with every option which would include remote start obviously since this is an option.  He only seemed to care about me giving him a good review and mentioned this several times as I was leaving the dealership.  He even told me "we are supposed to show the customers how to use the entune system but can you just say that I showed you in the review so I will get credit for it".  I have told everyone I know about my crooked experience with this dealer and will never be back!

Best dealership experience, ever.  Michael Cisneros's team got me in (short notice) & out quick on a Saturday morning.  I have been to North Park twice in my life, & most amazing thing:  All other dealerships have always tried to talk me into things I did not need.  Got exactly what I needed both times @ North Park, nothing more.  Michael & his team were prompt, efficient, & thorough - consistent with my pre-Yelp visit years ago.  Michael & his team put in much effort to restore my car & did not charge much.
I have 217,000+ miles on my Toyota - no unplanned maintenance - just get a tune-up every 70,000 miles - minimal cost.  Funny thing is, warning lights have come on twice in my life - nothing wrong with engine, just faulty warning lights - negligible nuisance.
Amenities speak for themselves - if you haven't been there, you really should visit.
Service Dept, as represented by Michael & his team:  Excellent A+.
If Service is this great, good bet Sales are too.  I'll be back.

North Park Toyota has one of the best service departments anywhere! The service managers get to know you on a personal level! The work is always done on time and without any hidden costs!
I can make my appointments by phone, email, or online. Then I receive text notifications reminding me of my appointment!
If the appointment is going to take several hours, they always offer a courtesy car. Of course you can ride their shuttle if you prefer.
I've never had any problems with the service department but am confident that if I did, the issue would be resolved to my satisfaction!
I wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend North Park Toyota for your service needs!

Really great buying experience there recently. Very low pressure tactics, particularly from finance. Everyone was friendly, and the dealership is very nice. It is HUGE. I was in Austin, so I negotiated all the pricing and my trade via text, and it was quick and easy. I have had horrible experiences at other Toyotas who justify their tactics with the reasoning that they are a "for profit" business. Well North Park finds a way to make money while still giving a little to the customer. Hence the great reviews. Because of their size, they have tons of inventory. My car is beautiful, and I am so pleased. I highly recommend them.

Best place to buy a vehicle. First of all it is a very nice dealership with many bells and whistles. The car buying experience is very customer friendly. They have a huge lot and usually take you around in a golf cart. The salesmen are very professional and not very pushy.

I shopped around and found the cheapest deal on my 4 runner. Both times they gave me the most for my trade by FAR!

Great dealership and great people work there. I recommend Michael Richardson as your salesmen.

I have now purchased two cars from North Park Toyota and have been more than pleased.  Blake and Blaine are excellent salesman (although you would never know) and for me they make car buying easy.  Because I am very busy I do not have time to shop around.  Both times I purchased these guys would walk the lot and send me pictures, crunch numbers and make the car buying process simple and easy.

Trey Horner handled all of the financing and was very professional and thorough.  They explained everything in easy to understand terms and eliminated any questions, concerns or fears I had about buy a car.  They even walked me around and introduced me to management!

My wife has a Camry, and even though I super hate that vehicle, I've found Toyota understands what keeps people coming back...customer service. North Park gets it. We didn't purchase her vehicle at North Park but we'll take it to get serviced there. The service is pricey...very pricey, but at least they don't stick it to you with stuff you don't need.

We left this dealership with not only an amazing car but an excellent experience. The team stayed until 11:30pm to get us in the right car.  They gave us an above fair offer on our trade- in and gave us excellent choices for our payment options. We dealt with Robert Robles and John Torres and could not have been happier.  The team at North Park is exceptional.

My husbands' Tacoma was in need of an oil change and when I found myself in the area with some time to kill, I stopped by North Park Toyota.  It's kind of a pain in the butt to get to but just follow the signs that feel like they are leading you nowhere and eventually you will get there.  Dropped the truck in the service area, filled out some paperwork and then plopped on one of their comfy couches for a quoted time of an hour.  Now this is where things got iffy.  While I was waiting there, I saw the service desk go through numerous issues.  First, they lost someone's keys, then they overcharged a lady for service when they didn't look up that she gets free oil changes and they were cursing like sailors the entire time.  I am by no means a prude in the cursing dept but hot damn, that was a lot of profanity.

After a little over an hour wait, the truck was brought up for me looking all kinds of shiny.  Yep, they washed that bad boy.  $36 for an oil change and a car wash?  Not bad.  Not sure if I'll go back though, I don't if I got lucky because they didn't lose my keys or overcharge me and I don't really want to chance it..

The husband and I dealt with several area dealerships in our quest for a new car. Although we ended up buying from an Austin dealer only because it was closer to us, I can't say enough about how nice the people at North Park Toyota are. Specifically, John Torres went out of his way to present us the very best deal he could. I felt that he was courteous, attentive, and honest.
