Maybe this is a North Park thing, but these people were GREAT! Everything from the service, the vehicles and the pricing was topnotch. I wish I'd bought a vehicle from them - I love the Forester, but I ended up getting a Camry as it had a shorter lease - but even though I did, I NEED everyone to know that this is a place totally worth buying from.

We arrived here on a busy Saturday - there was a wait, understandingly, and not 5 minutes passed until someone apologized and said someone would be right with us. I totally understand the waiting, so it was no issue at all. The lady at the front desk even handed us the remote to make sure we were watching what we wanted.

When our sales consultant, good ol' EARL WILEY, came to get us, we knew we were in the right place. He was jolly, completely honest and really loved what he was doing, rather than wanting to sell us a car for his own commission benefits. He explained to us the ins and outs of Subaru, why it's a great car and genuinely asked questions to gauge our interest. In fact, I told him I wanted to get straight to the point and I refuse to fill out any credit applications until we had pricing down, and all he said was, "Oh, don't even WORRY about that!" That's AWESOME, considering most dealerships like to have you fill out applications so that you're committed to buying from them. Not here, because these people rock.

Earl gave me a tour, showed me the car, let me drive the car and then had my pick out the one I'd potentially want and let me look at it. We then went to his office and talked numbers, especially since we had a trade-in. From all the dealerships we want to that wanted to rip us off with the trade-in, these people gave us our first legitimate offer (which North Park Toyota matched). I knew I wanted the car, but I also knew I wanted a shorter lease term with a lesser payment - not to say the Subaru Forester isn't worth it, because the safety in that car is absolutely undeniable, I just really wanted more car, less money. I explained this to Bill Brewer, the manager, who did not try to sway me except to tell me the best deal they could officer - and that was AWESOME.

A few days later, I called Earl to ask him about pricing again. We spoke, and then he had Bill call me. Bill called me twice, had a genuine and honest conversation and thanked me for my time. Not once did he try to force a sale on me, and not once was he rude. This guy knew exactly what I needed and wanted me to get it. What more can you ask for from a dealership?

I am so sad I didn't purchase a car from them, but I know that anyone who wants a Subaru needs to come HERE. Ask for EARL WILEY. Meet BILL BREWER.

This is the best car dealer I have ever worked with. I had been looking for a 2014 BMW and found they had the model I wanted. I worked with Dan who was funny and respectful. When I went to the dealer, everyone was really friendly and efficient. I got a great trade in, a very relaxed experience and drove home with the car I wanted. This dealer just opened so I wish them the very best!

What do you do when you just put down a deposit on your dream car and the salesman you are working with calls you to say that a big rock has cracked the windshield on their way back from gassing it up down the road? If you are anything like me, you'd freak out. That's when a steller dealership takes over and shows you what they are really made out of.

I worked primarily with Kyle on my deal, e-mailing and texting back in forth since I live in Austin. He was super informative and proactive about everything. When I finally had a chance to take a test drive right before I was going to finalize the purchase, I noticed small scratches and blemishes on the exterior of the car (I purchased a 2012 Certified Pre-Owned Subaru Forester). He and Dennis, the manager, were very attentive and took care of the issues promptly. The windshield was replaced (yay, new windshield!) and Kyle arranged for some drivers to drop off my car to my apartment in Austin!

Chad in the finance department won me over with his charm and kick ass sense of humor which put me and my partner at ease. He didn't try to pressure me into the extended warranties, but rather, he explained everything in detail and was able to answer all of our questions effectively. He was even able to get my preferred bank to offer me even better financing than I could have ever dreamed of!  Shout out to Rob for being a sweetheart and helping my partner out when she showed up unannounced earlier in the week to test drive the car for me! He was friendly and super accommodating.

Overall, I'm definitely a fan of this place. The waiting room is awesome (and fairly new). Two legit soda fountains, free coffee, tea, and snacks. Not to mention super comfy lounge chairs. I wish I lived in town to take my car here for its regularly scheduled maintenance!

I recently bought a 2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek from this new dealership. I would like to highlight my salesman, Andrew. He knows the Subaru line and offered some unique insights. Andrew was no pressure from the get-go. Something you do not find in the car dealership world. It's obvious the management emphasizes customer car. I was even able to take the car for a day to validate my decision. I received a fair (great!) price. The finance lead did not push me to buy any add-on and pricey accessories or plans. I would highly recommend Andrew and North Park Subaru Dominion.
