Reviews on North Park Lincoln

I have recently purchased a used truck form North Park Lincoln . Sales Rep Joe Lopez greeted us right at the front door with a Big Smile Ear to Ear and a Pair of Shining Blue eyes. My overall experience purchasing a vehicle at NPL and having Joe Lopez as my sales person...is rated 9.5 out of 10. I take 0.5 because of bad weather conditions. Weather was dark, gloomy, cold, and wet. After a test drive and getting our vehicle appraised, we inked the paperwork and went home with a new truck.

Joe Lopez was beyond professional, extremely curtious, and Super CARING!

He gets 10 gold stars for making the whole buying experience so operationally smooth.

Just leased a 2015 Lincoln MKX from North Park. First time leasing a car and we got a very good explanation to the many questions we had. David Moss has been the salesman on a purchase of a 2013 Lincoln MKX and he did a very good job.

Only disappointment is the color selection as the color that we had before was discontinued and we selected what we thought was the best color and feel that Lincoln's color selection could be a lot better.

Overall we are very satisfied.

James from the used car lot is amazing, I had a car that I had purchased from them previously and it is having all kinds of trouble. I mean I hated the car and was extremely piss at the fact that I purchased this from them less than a year ago! James is the new manager at the lot he went out of his way making sure I got the best deal on the trade in and most of all he spent hours going through all my options making sure I made the right decision. I really felt like i had been screwed over by NP Lincoln cause of the last car and they could have easily said too bad but James went out of his way making sure he made things right as best as he could. He addressed all my concerns and was very upfront. Bryan from finance was also very helpful on getting me the best rate!

I would definitely recommend you go talk to James if you are in the market of buying a car he will give it to you straight. I Would HIGHLY recommend buying a certified pre own, I think that is all I will be buying from now on

The service was great, Ken is someone i would refer if you are in search of a good deal. Mike Yuretich is efficient and he'll get you in and out in no time!

A little pricy but the staff will only recommend work that is required and suggested according to the manual. Unlike the other ford dealers in town that we're trying to get me for 1800 worth of work not needed.

I saw an ad, I made a call, fortunately Christopher Tavarez answered it.  He was a true professional every step of the way.  His product knowledge was extensive and he left no room for doubt I was making the right decision.  I had firm expectations and Christopher worked well to accomplish them.  The financing process was as easy as it could be.  My time was never wasted and I'm comfortable sharing my future referrals!  p.s. Krista says he makes great popcorn too!

I was appalled by the service we got here. We brought my car in to be detailed on the outside to remove scratches and fix up some paint on the handle. Upon picking it up, and after paying for the work, we saw that it had not been so much as washed. The scratches were still on the car, paint had only been fixed in one place, and whoever had driven my car in the service area had gotten white paint all over the driver's seat, which had dried. They removed what they could of the paint, but did not refund our money adequately for the service that was not done. The place seemed too unorganized for communication to be successful, and the disregard for people's vehicles is shameful.

I have taken my vehicle to North Park for several years, but this is the first car buying experience, and it was a great one.  Christopher J. Rodriguez is one of your excellent employees.  He is informative, detailed and very respectful.  He follows up with calls and texts, always.  He goes out of his way to help the customer.  Makes you feel that you are his No.1 customer!  He is never rushed and takes good care of me.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.  All in all, it was a great experience for me.  I will continue to buy vehicles from North Park, because of the good customer service I experienced with Christopher.  Kudos to him, and North Park.  God Bess.

I am still in utter disbelief as to what just happened. My boyfriend and I were looking to trade in his truck for a more economical vehicle as we just purchased our first home. We met with John Brooks who works in the used car department. After deciding upon a vehicle, we made an appointment to sign the paperwork and do the official trade today at 6pm. We live 60 miles away from the dealership and drove there anxiously only to be told that the car had already been sold. We completely understand selling a vehicle to the first customer who is ready to purchase it however a courtesy call to cancel our appointment and inform us that it had been sold would have been greatly appreciated.

I puchased my Lincoln MKX back in Dec 2011. Everytime I have visited here for problems or oil changes they have been top notch. They are very busy so sometimes you have to wait. What I do is call ahead and get a rental. I swing by drop of my car and off I go is great and painless. Nothing but praise for North Park Lincoln here. I am a very harsh critic since I work at Volkswagen of Alamo Heights in sales and know what tip top customer service is. Five stars for a great team who care about every person and vehicle that come in there establishment!!!

I dread the day I must return to this place - here's why:

I made an appointment to get my tires rotated, and this is what happened.

First, Subaru should have alerted me, as a first-time customer (I told them this on the phone), that the service center is at North Park Lincoln and not at Subaru.

Second, there is no way to understand where to go for service, as there are no signs alluding to this, so I ended up driving around until I stumbled to the correct spot.

Third, I was told over the phone that I should be in and out in 30min.  I was there for TWO HOURS.  For me, that is totally unreasonable.  If I had known it would be two hours, I could've been prepared.

Overall, I have concluded that I will avoid this spot.  Although service was friendly and it was cheap, I'd rather go over to a discount tire or jiffy lube to get things like this done.

Purchased a 2011 ford escape a few days ago. My husband and I paid cash for the vehicle. The finance employee kept trying to sell us a loan and warranties. We had to tell him 3 times we had cash. The sales guy was eager to please, but we already knew what we wanted so his"expertise" was not needed. The car had some small scratches and a small dent on the hood (hardly noticeable). We were promised an I owe you to have this fixed. We were also told we would have the car detailed on the inside and out. It was raining the day we bought so our salesman said to bring in at our convience and they would take care of everything.  So we dropped off the car in the morning and picked up in the evening. The car sat there the whole day and arrived dripping wet when we were told to pick up. No detailing was done. The inside still had a leaf in it, and the dirt marks were still in the trunk. No scratches were buffed. They were not able to get the dent out. They wanted to shrink the hood and repaint it, My husband who is a mechanic was sure they were just gonna put bondo on it and paint over it. Why wouldn't they just order a new hood and paint it? We will not be going back to have them work on the hood, as we are sure they will not do the job properly. I guess only customers who finance and buy 30k vehicles receive their star treatment. I would not recommend this snob shop to anyone.

The best auto body shop everrr. They have GOOD coffee and fresh muffins. I've honestly never had anything major wrong with my car. They've done all my car maintanence. The people there are all courteous and very helpful. I won't take my car anywhere else. They are real professionals.

I'm new to San Antonio and I started off my oil change hunt searching town for a reasonably priced place, I thought that would be $30 or so.  I was using the price from my college days when I had a small Honda.  I have a 4 year old truck now that needs 6 liters and I've been taking it to the dealer since I bought it new.  My warranty is about to run out so I thought I'd look around and find a comfortable spot.  I had no idea what a Jiffy Lube price would be.  It was too much..   I looked and called around like crazy and nobody had decent pricing based on my limited knowledge on truck oil change prices..

Then I remembered my girlfriend just purchased a MKX from North Park Lincoln and I thought "hey why not try them??".  She loves her new vehicle and had a great shopping experience and she would definitely go back.

They ended up being the same price as the Ford dealers I'de been working with but with all the extra care and service you would expect from a luxury dealership!  They have a great lobby, free bottle water, wifi, covered drive-up, and a huge service bay with a ton of technicians.

I'm going there now.

I'm basing this review solely on the repair shop.  The collision shop across the street on the other hand, is another story!

Been taking my Subaru Outback here for a while now.  The repair shop does mainly Lincoln, but they repair all the makes the dealer sells, including Subaru.  The service writers for Subaru are always polite, even when I'm peppering them with questions.  And one big plus, they don't talk down to me because I'm a woman, I tell them what I want/need done and it gets done.

The waiting area definitely caters to the older, wealthy cliental that bring in their Lincoln's.  The there is a patio where you can sit outside and wait, and inside there is a small gift shop (think Wash Tub), 2 tv's, a few desk top computers, and free wifi.  They always have fresh coffee and cookies or pastries.  They have a free shuttle.  And, if you are dropping off your vehicle for a major repair, a free loaner car.   I bring my 10 lb dog inside with me and the staff has never had an issue with it.

Oh and they can also price match!  They matched a price for my 30k mile service a few months ago, AND I got a  free loaner (a top of the line 2012 Outback with all the bells and whistles).

I also got a call from them the morning of my birthday wishing me a happy birthday.  Now if only the collision center would take some lessons from the repair shop, I'd be happy!

I would reconsider this dealership if you expect to negotiate for a decent or good/exceptional deal. From what I experienced, they have more of a "buy it at our price or leave" attitude over "we'll try to keep working with you" attitude.it might not have been the Salesmen fault, but a manager whose first name was Heriberto really struck this attitude. I would never go back. I recommend going to dealerships recommended by the car pro. He hosts the car pro show radio channel every Saturday morning. He has some recommended dealers he can only recommend if they pass his test. I been to one, mentioned the car pro name, and was treated very exceptionally. I can see why this is not one of the recommended dealers.

I thought I needed a new power steering rack.  They could have clipped me for a $1,500.00 job, no questions asked.  They were honest, and pointed out the broken hose.  $200.00

UPDATE:  towed my Subaru into same location for badly stuttering engine.  Diagnosis terminal.  Then they changed the oil and tried to bill me for it before it was towed away.  Really?
