I'm 29 years old and have never owned a vehicle, I've always feared the struggle of attempting to own, due to pressured salesman or being taken advantage of, and never finding the right person or dealer to help me accomplish my desire or needs. I attempted to walk in with confidence, it was just enough to get back what I was wanting, my truck. Mccombs saw that I was there to make a deal, and a deal is what I got. I wasn't pressured, nor disrespected, I was handled with care and ease. I saw dedication in the sales and management teams, that's how I knew they were willing to gain my commitment. Which influenced me to stay committed into buying and achieving what I wanted. Both sales and management teams were very professional, comforting, direct, assertive, committed, friendly, attentive, caring, resourceful, acknowledged, presentable, communicative. Personally I'm very grateful, and appreciative towards my sales manager Jason Evans. He made the probable become the real deal. Never did I believe I'd be owning a vehicle, due to him I'll never have doubt again. Jason retrieved everything I asked for with no struggle, and in such in amazing timely manner I couldn't believe, with working me the numbers I was happy with, the finance company who was willing to take a chance on me, and the company who was willing to buy my trade in. Thank you Jason Evans for your dedication! Especially it wouldn't be possible with out the sales team, Jason Manko, and Justin Guterriez who assisted me in achieving all my answers, and taking care of me and putting in the leg work. I would have never got such a great deal if they didn't ask for help or support from their teammates, and sales management. Both Jason and Justin were just perfect in being themselves and great with communicating with me, and for me. Thank you guys! and Ms. Claudia Jenkins who set me up with my finances, she took care of my paperwork at my convenience so swiftly at such late hours, and accommodated my husbands time schedule. Ms. Jenkins has such an awesome personality, very approachable and dedicated to helping others. Thank you Ms. Jenkins! I took a chance on something big, and because of Mcombs took a chance on me they made a big impact on me. In return they have earned my commitment and trust. Thank you Ford Mccombs! I'm now a new owner to a 2014 F250 Lariat Platinum. This has been a milestone for me and because of such a great team it has become a great deal to me and I will always remember it!

I was recommended to Charles Wolf by a coworker. From the first phone call, he was eager to listen and find my family the car we needed. He took everything into account (seating, price range, mileage and features) and helped us find several vehicles that fit those needs. After that, we tried several and found one that worked best. He even worked a couple deals to get me the blue book price of our former vehicle and then some. Extremely professional, enthusiastic and dedicated to the customer. Excellent experience with Charles Wolf.

My husband called 8:30am and was able to get a same day appt for 2:30pm. He needed the 25,000 mileage check up on his F150.

The people on the phone were really nice and booked his appt quickly.

Tire rotation, oil change, overall inspection - 45 minutes and they were done. Quick turnaround and only $45!  They do offer a 15% military discount.

He bought his truck at this location and we will be back for my next car.

This experience has been by far the worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. We went in the trade in our car for a larger car and ended up getting an older suv. There was a cash difference and they told us we would be getting a check cut to us. After three hours of being at the dealership they told us we wouldn't be receiving our money for 2 weeks! We told them no that would not work for us and we wanted our money right then. Well, it was a Friday and they told us we could get our check Monday.... The latest Tuesday.  I went up there on Monday and they said it wasn't ready... so Tuesday we called.... they said to call back in two hours that it would be ready. So we called in two hours.... and no one will answer our calls or call us back. This place is horrible and they are liars. At the used dealership called drive away motors... they have the worst customer service. The building is disgusting. They sit around and eat right in front of you and one man's stomach was hanging out of his clothes. I was repulsed. I will never do business with these ppl again!

Have since returned and their customer service has improved slightly.  I think they must be seeing the reviews on here.  The staff was clearly more attentive and it seems like they are trying.  The kids room looked like they fixed some of the problems.

USED CAR SALE: No complaints.  When they were Gilespie Ford we bought two Taurus's there which had no problems for a few years after the sale.

SERVICE CENTER:  The service guy who deals with customers (Ricky) was an asshole.  For a punched repair, he would only give a handwritten dollar quote of $689.96 + tax on a POST-IT®.  When I asked for a breakdown he said I would have to be charged a diagnostic fee.  Makes no sense since the price quote was accurate to the CENTS.  Frustrated, I walked 10 feet, to the parts department and got a quote of $167 for the lock cylinder and handle assembly.  That means labor for assembling the lock, painting the new door handle, breaking open the door and installing these cost $500.  Ricky repeatedly emphasized that assembling the lock cylinder was complicated and the work of repainting the handle.  A locksmith quoted me $150 for the same service.  Shady and lazy practices here handing out post-it notes.  What's the point of making a mandatory appointment and coming in during working hours only to get a guy look at my car and hand me a post-it® note?!?!
