This place is great!  They will always follow up on what they say, never lie to you,  and make you feel like you want to come back again and again.

Bought a car here in September of 2014.
Had a piece of trim that was aupposed to be replaced before delivery. That did not happen. After multiple attempts to get the dealership to hold up its end of the bargain, I was extremely frustrated.

Fast forward to 7 months later. Yes 7 months of the runaround.

They finally tried to help, or so it would seem, when I threatened to take legal action.

So the part had been ordered and we set a day. Today.

Now after almost 2 hours of waiting for a "real quick" fix. I was told that the part was then wrong one but the right one was on the way. It should be here by 2pm. Also your vehicle is stripped down and ready for the new install. This was unfortunately not true because I had just walked to the back where lo and behold my vehicle had been parked the entire time.

As you can probably understand my patience is now wearing thin.

So if you want terrible service and complete dishonesty this is the place to buy a vehicle.

My experience was a great one! I had a very helpful Sales Manager, Gary King, assist me with every step of the way. He didn't push his opinions or likings on me, which I appreciated. I knew what I wanted and he helped me get what I wanted. I will definitely be using him again :D

While I can't speak to their service department, If you're in the market for any kind of car, I highly recommend you avoid this sleaze festival.

I came in wanting to see a specific used luxury car they were advertising on their site and was immediately given the bait and switch; before I even saw the car this guy was trying to sell me a new Ford. I had to say I wasn't interested three different ways before he switched to the topic of financing. On what? No, I'm not giving you my bank's interest rate before I see the car.

So I see the car. Which is in NO WAY anything like the pictures posted online. Not even close. Clearly some nouveau rich soccer mom destroyed what used to be a beautiful car and it was completely trashed inside and out. Come to think of it, she literally turned it in with her trash still inside. And they showed it to me in this condition!

Then the sales guy revisited the bait and switch (which I'm convinced was the sole purpose of the filthy high-end car I just saw)...

I had previously stated the three makes I was looking for (sorry, none of them Ford) and my price range. I restated that and said I would be happy to look at inventory that met that criteria. When he came back 10 minutes later he had keys and asked if I was ready. "What are we going to see?", I asked. Naturally, he didn't have an answer. Apparently he thought it would be ok to drive me around the huge lot randomly and probably try to sell me a new Ford again.

At that point I firmly but respectfully declined. I knew what I wanted but he didn't even try to look up any inventory for me.  Totally not respectful of my needs or my time. When I revisited the issue about the pictures they posted online not matching the car I saw he dismissed it saying they do that if the car isn't ready to show. Ummm, what??!!

Even after that completely pathetic sales experience, he tried to give me his card, which I also declined--I won't do business with a-holes like this, even if I wanted a Ford (which I don't).

Kai at ford is amazing! My vehicle was fixed in Chicago but they messed up and didn't do it right. Kai & the team at this dealer was amazing! They got my car fixed and back on the road to chicago. Thanks for their patience & good workmanship.
