Reviews on Legend Mazda

My wife and I used Cars.com to try and find a car for our daughter. We had a fixed price range and an idea of what we wanted in terms of acceptable miles on a used vehicle.

We contacted Legend based upon contact info filed with Cars.com for a possible car. It turns out that "Oh, that one just sold yesterday". I allowed the person I was speaking with to have my contact info and asked that they look up cars that fit our profile.

We were repeatedly pestered by the people at Legend Mazda to come to their showroom in order to access their vehicles. What they didn't do is see where we were in our travels and travails.

It turns out that Legend Mazda and World Car Kia are all part of the same outfit. After having BEEN at World Car Kia and having their sales staff jerk us around we fought Friday afternoon traffic up I 35 only to be told that one of the cars they had to show us was...

At World Car Kia!

Here we are, looking to hand over big wads of cash for cars they these folks have and we get treated like we are something on the bottom of their shoe.

Maybe I'm not coming in there for top of the line, but these guys make a huge profit on every turn, not just new cars. I'm not coming to them for a favor. I'm coming to them to be viewed as a customer.

A customer isn't someone you leave standing around while you shuck and jive. A customer isn't someone you laugh at from behind your store window when they leave in disgust over being treated like crap.

We went through a lot of hassle with Legend/World Car yesterday and were treated poorly.

I strongly urge people to seek elsewhere rather than reward these inconsiderate jerks.

I like this Mazda dealership.  I've brought my car in for service here a couple of times, and the service is always quick and painless.  This location in a bit farther from my house than the other Mazda place in town, but it's worth driving to because it is usually less crowded and the service is faster and more attentive.  I also like the design of this place because of how you pull up to the service area.  It's much more intuitive than the other place.  Overall, this is my go-to place for my Mazda needs.

DISCRIMINATE! Horrible Dealership! We stopped by on our way home. Our neighbors recently purchased a new car and raved about the dealership across the street! They went all out to help them. We drove by Legend Mazda on our way there.

We are already pre approved with a loan with my bank. In addition they work out a deal with the dealership so you end up getting a cheaper price with no hassle. We currently have a Mazda, which works great. My husband purchased it also from Legend before we were together.

Despite him complaining about the service back then, we desperately need a second vehicle, and if the price was right my husband and I were willing to spend a few bucks more at a different dealership if it meant getting the car that day ( We have to make time to drive way out to the other dealership, and the car we want is not in stock - 2013 CX 5)

I also really want the new 2013 CX 5

So I drive in with a Mazda, my husband, and our married friends in the back seat. Yes we stopped by on our way home from the river. We were not the most professional looking at this time.

However I walked the ENTIRE lot looking for the car. Did not see it. So as I exit I drive around the main entrance. I see the cars outside. I look at ALL 3!!!! Compare costs with upgrades. Look at inside of all 3. Total between walking around and looking at the 3 new cars... 30 minutes.

NOT ONE TIME did someone EVEN SAY HELLO! No one came out, no one said hi. No one tried to be nice. I saw several of them see me, try to ignore me.

I am 32 with a great career. Yes I was coming home from the river. Which makes me believe they saw someone and assumed, no money, no job, playing around, not serious, car looks dirty, cannot trade that in, dog in car? Oh no horrible to clean. Not worth my time.

What you lost out on was a couple that is NOT trading in a car, we are purchasing a second car, preapproved loan in car and would have walked off with the car that same day.

They should not discriminate, The lots across the street still came up to me even though I was barefoot at that second!!!! But I really wanted the new Mazda.

I am sure if I pulled in after work in my suit you would be prone to help.

They discriminate on looks, they do not care to assist, they have been rude for years, they are in NO WAY friendly to the military even.... several of my husband's friends have complained as well.

Do not waste your time. There are cheaper prices and better service just about anywhere!

I take my car here and like any dealership I'm always cautious.  This place seems to fix my car right, the first time.  My Mazda 3 10K warranty has come in several times the last few years too, and so far it's all been covered.  Can't complain too much.
