don't buy your vehicle from here is a crappy place to buy. I suggest you go somewhere else. The finance department is rude. They will take a very long time to see you even though they are not busy

I was very lear of bringing my Dodge Ram here for oil change after reading all the bad reviews.   I have to say I was treated great and got a great package deal, $160 for 4 oil changes on a diesel!!   Not bad at all!!!   Thanks!

Sales center- fantastic / 4 stars.
Service center- awful / wishful -5 stars.

I'll leave you with this - bad communication, a few liars in the mix, lazy mechanics, name calling, slowest place ever, common sense is lacking ... Just do not go here!

3 weeks later - yes they had my car for THREE WEEKS - and all it needed was an oil change (supposedly) from my 2014 Jeep dying on left turns (only 8 months old). I was told my questions were dumb, I was not even given a chance to ask other questions, my phone calls weren't returned sometimes 3+ days later ... No updates were given to me on the progress of my car. They drove over 100 miles and a tank of gas but of course couldn't reproduce the problem. I had to beg them to put a few gallons of gas in so I could at least get to a gas station. The manager Robert "Bert" blows smoke as does Marc ... Dan was sort of nice but he must have forgotten he was incredibly rude to me the first time I dropped off my car.

I think something fishy is going on here - my car was covered under warranty but it felt like Chrysler was doing everything in its power to not actually fix anything.

I had to call the headquarters of Chrysler customer service to get someone on my side; of course IPAC claims they never got any calls/emails from the HQ. Riiiiiight.

This place is a nightmare they do add ons to cars which easily that's a $1,500 package people don't want. Well on my Durgano they took that off because I wasn't paying extra for stuff they add after. Anywho yesterday my friend had gone to them because he saw a 2015 red Challenger fyi I had to go with him because he doesn't know how to negotiate for a car, yes I warned him that they are a pain in the ass. So we went long story short the finance guy was the nastiest ruddiest guy even the sales guy wasn't to pleased with him. Guy had a thick accent like Russian I would say tried adding more stuff I advised my friend to tell him no, well the dude gets mad because I laughed cause he's telling my friend we are losing money on the car, I'm like yeah right if that's the case you wouldn't let this car leave of the lot. He gets so up tight saying no we're losing money, again I say yeah right whatever, he got so mad he's like I guess you don't want the car, see here, the thing is I'm a loyal customer to Bluebonnet Dodge and guess what called them up they were ready to make the deal for my friend at $26,500 drive  out well that changed his attitude that I wasn't joking I could get him a better deal but my friend wanted that red so they made the deal same price. I'm sure I wasn't on that guys good side but I wouldn't send anyone there ever, only reason why we ended up there was cause my friend wanted that red one.  This place sucks never ever come here to Ipac, Bluebonnet Dodge at New Braunfels take care of you better.

**Terrible customer service at the Service Center**
I took my car into IPAC AUTO service center for a recall and standard maintenance and two days later I hadn't received a call on my service status.  The service manager, I think his name is Burt, was unsympathetic and verbally abusive.  He then told me my car wouldn't be looked at for another 3 days.  I'm not sure who can be without their car for 5 days and be 'ok' with it.
The service manager provided the worst customer service I've ever encountered.

I recently moved to San Antonio from LA and came without a car. After having a nightmare experience at Boerne Dodge trying to buy a Used Jeep Grand Cherokee, I thought I'd give the new option a look and see if I could make it work with my budget. I found a few lower cost 2014 options in Ingram Park's inventory online and sent an email in explaining that I was planning on purchasing pre-owned in the $25k range but might be interested in considering a new option if the price was right. Larry Gillman emailed me back almost immediately introducing himself and explaining what they had in inventory. Two days later I went into the dealership to look at some of the model's Larry had been emailing me about, the entire time Larry is friendly, not pushy at all, and generally seems like a nice person. A few hours later Larry and I had reached a deal on a new 2014 Grand Cherokee with modest, but still very nice options for right around $30k, the factory invoice on the vehicle. Maybe modestly more than I had wanted to pay but I definitely feel great with my purchase and was very happy to give Larry my business. I was incredibly impressed with his commitment to his customers, and even after he had made the sale, he helped me obtain the best insurance quote and followed me to the Avis rental agency all the way by SAT airport to deliver me the new vehicle. When it was all said and done it was well past 10PM when Larry finally was able to go home, and he invited me back the next day to gas my tank up on the dealership and take me through a few more of the features in my new vehicle. Great salesperson, excellent customer service. Thanks Larry!
