One Simple Price selling is one easy way to buy a vehicle. We believe that if you have to negotiate, it's not a luxury experience. At Gunn Infiniti there is no fine print. No hassles. We give everyone the same, low price in writing, and our professional sales consultants are paid a salary, not a commission. All of our vehicles include a 48-hour "No Questions Asked" return policy (vehicle does have to be in undamaged condition, etc.; ask your sales consultant for details), and many of our previously owned vehicles come with roadside assistance and a 3-month/3,000 mile basic powertrain and air-conditioner warranty.

If you believe a luxury vehicle should connect you to the road, not insulate you from it? Put you in charge, not take charge? Then you're an Infiniti driver!

The car needs fixin!

Don't miss the entrance or you'll be bummed! Stopped in for some service.

Awesome customer service! Liz and Victor took great care of me. Very friendly, informative and personable. Their waiting area has a huge TV, selection of coffee, teas, hot cocoa, donuts, energy bars! There was also an office area to plug in and hop on the internet. It was like the first class lounge at the airport. They even have an AED!

I was very impressed with the amenities available while you wait for service. Concierge shuttle also at your service.

Great customer service made this a WOW experience. There are tons of Internet coupons available to help keep the service chargers low. Keep up the great work!

I brought 2 vehicles from Gunn Infiniti appreciation gift basket to customer. My friend just bought a vehicle from Lexus dealer and they give her appreciation gift basket!

I give one star because
-after reporting that I was stranded due battery issues, the dealership recommended my tires be replaced, completely forgetting my immediate concern,
- second stranded event , back to the dealership, "your battery still has some charge but the terminals are pretty bad, so we cleaned them up.
-3rd stranded event, I said f- it I'm going to advanced auto to check this issue out, " your battery is pretty done" recommend replacing, , I replaced it with them feeling better about life and my Infiniti, car starts fine now, after a wasted day

Dropped car off on Saturday for Monday morning appointment. Called Monday and service manager Christina Thomas already had mechanic working on car. What I thought was going to be a major transmission issue turned out to be a simple overfill by another prior dealer service department. Overfill corrected and TSB recall on gas pedal done. Honest work and great communication. Picked up our M35, clean and runs like new!

If you buy a car from Gunn infiniti make sure you have it checked out by the lemon police.  Purchased a car that they sent to auction they had it certified that it passed all tests, It was sold as a green light meaning that it had no mechanical or body defects, even though i had it inspected after the sale to make sure and the car passed, I then had it inspected by another mechanic and it passed, I drove the car for 500 miles and the engine just stopped I towed it to Austin infiniti and they pulled the records on the car, the car had a record of sludge from 30K miles and 42 k miles it was noted again at Gunn infiniti so the car was no longer under warranty.  It never fails to amaze me what some companies will do make money.  They sold the car for top dollar knowing that it would fail within 1k miles.  They went the extra step to clean the engine to the degree that two trained mechanics did not see the sludge and only when I went in to get warranty repair did the car show a history of sludge so it would not be under warranty.  Amazing.  I did call Nissan and their response is that they are not responsible for what their dealers do.  They could not even send them a reprimand letter.  This would never happen with BMW, I guess infiniti just has a high price but really nothing backing it up.

We drove from Rockport to complete a deal we set up on the internet. Pricing was good already, but when we got there we found out it was discounted even more! They gave us a really fair price for our trade-in! I highly recommend this dealership and we will definitely go back. Everyone was very courteous and helpful, especially Adam Castillo, John Henry Garcia, and Steve, the finance guy:) Thanks guys!!! I love my new Infiniti!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just had my car serviced for the second time at Gunn. Service is awesome and fast. Last time I had a loaner and this time I stayed in the lounge. Soda, coffee, nutrigrain bars, Krispy Kreme and other snacks. If you are lucky enough to get Mr. C. Reyes, you'll have a smooth experience. Thanks Gunn Infiniti.

FABULOUS experience. I walked in 45minutes before closing over the holiday weekend and was greeted warmly and not overly-aggressively. I wanted to test drive a g37c and one was brought around lickety split. Paul Pedraza was my sales guy and he was knowledgable and very patient. I noted that by the end of my buying experience between my man and I, we had probably interrupted him at least 2 dozen times as we were overflowing with questions. He stopped speaking, LISTENED, and answered patiently every single time. That sounds like a given, but we had just come from Lexus, where the sales guy talked over us the whole time (Lexus!). I was torn over features and even an hour after closing he showed me more cars and options and helped me decide. I am really not one to go to a restaurant or anywhere else right before closing, but I thought I just wanted to drive the car which I had time to do. Everyone was so kind and helpful though that a few hours later I was driving my pretty new convertible off the lot.

The follow up service has been great and I was impressed that when I told Paul I was an email-person, he didn't call and opted instead to keep our communication online... he even responded to a few from home at 10pm! When spending tens of thousands of dollars one would hope for premium service, unfortunately, too often that falls flat and you feel like the one doing all the work. With Paul and the whole crew at Gunn, I felt that I was a VIP and that my satisfaction was core to their existence.

Well done team!

I love Gunn!  I can't recall ever having a bad experience with Gunn Infiniti - whether on the phone or in person.  I like that I can set my appointments ahead of time (even just for oil changes)... I love that they already have it (as default) that I can get set up with a loaner (it makes the drop off/check out process so much faster during times that I do need one)... and especially that I get really good follow-up calls re: work on my baby.

The most recent experience I've had with them involved some of the trim inside my vehicle.  I talked with Chad and he told me that it was a factory defect and my vehicle was definitely covered to have it replaced.  Now mind you, the trim I'm referring to involved all 4 doors and my steering wheel.  He said he would order all items brand new (of course) and I can set up my appointment for whatever was convenient for me.  I set it up for the following Saturday.  Wow, right off the bat, I saved a bundle - I think in pricing everything and looking at other Infiniti forums, other owners had stated that their local dealership would not honor trim/steering wheel replacement and they had to come out the pockets with about 2-3 grand!!!!

I came in, dropped off my car, and went on my way.  I had so many errands to run and when Chad called me a couple of hours later to tell me everything was ready, I didn't actually come back until close to closing.  He never complained - never had an attitude.  Now, it was my fault for coming back so late because about 15 minutes into driving back home, I realized the alignment was off a tad (almost unnoticeable).  I called back and left a message for him - explained that the car felt 'off'.  I was surprised because he ended up calling me back - even after their 5PM closing time - about 20 minutes later (I missed the call) and he told me to bring it back so they could correct the mistake.

I wasn't able to bring my car back until the next Saturday but I'll tell you what.  Chad made sure she (my baby) was one of the first to be seen.  He called me back in about an hour and told me to come get her.  When I came back, Chad said, "Ok.  You were completely right.  The alignment was definitely off.  As a matter of fact, I told the guys to re-do everything as far as the alignment was concerned.  I looked on your service records and saw that you had just had an alignment service done a few months back and I couldn't just let you walk out the door with just one thing fixed!!!"  WOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!

This place is unbelievable.  I absolutely recommend Gunn Infiniti to any future owners.  Nothing but professionalism and great customer service all across the board!

******This review is for the Infiniti Gunn off of I10********

It all started with a phone call to the service shop for a simple oil change. Guy over the phone told me when to show up and that day i did. I pulled up into the service department of the Infiniti shop and the attendant took my keys and whisked my baby away to get pampered. I entered the waiting area and the first thing I saw was the free Wifi (along with the computers to use them if you didn't bring your own). I was used to places providing free Wifi, but never the computer to use them if you waited. I also noticed free Starbucks coffee and Krespy Kreme doughnuts as well!! I couldn't believe they had free stimulus juice and sweet crack for me!! So I poured myself some coffee and I was pleased to find it was better than what they served in stores. I'm guessing someone must of spiked it with some extra coffee, or worse.......eight o'clock coffee.....but anyway, it was pretty good, which is why I question the integrity of the juice. I dared not extend my olive branch of an arm into the forbidden fruit of juicy, sweet and decadent doughnut that is the Krespy Kreme addiction of the soul in me. It taunted me without end though, as I looked away, it kept calling me, but i was strong, and I ignored it like a mother learns to ignore her child's pestering "mommie" after "mommie" after "mommie." So I quickly noticed the HDTV on the wall and gazed my attention there instead of those hedonistic little devils disguised as doughnuts.

The seats in the waiting area were either leather or soft cushions. Really nice and wonderful to set on, which made my waiting experience all the better. Reading material was nothing special, better homes and gardens, some Hispanic American magazine and something about the city in general. Making myself coffee and watching the HDTV was a better time for me anyway. The place was very clean and the bathroom was a great place to go to do either # if needed.

So why only 4 out of 5 stars? The service took a little longer than originally stated. I'm not talking 10-15 or even 20 minutes off, the guy was off almost an hour!! I didn't mind it much since it was a Saturday morning and I didn't have anything else planned, but it might be an issue if your doing this during the week or if you have plans afterward. I would recommend adding one hour to whatever they tell you. But great experience with the Free WiFi, Starbucks (or was it eight O'clock coffee), Krespy Kreme, Bottled water and ambiance.
