We came to Ancira Kia to purchase a new car. Our sales rep Pete Muriel was so great! He helped us make the right choice on the Kia Sportage. Their service was hands down the best I've ever experienced at a dealership! Thank you so much to Pete and the finance team on helping us find something within our budget. It may have just been the sales person we had but our service was terrible. We went to trade in a vehicle and without even trying he told us it wasn't possible without 4k down. He never checked my credit.  He was also supposed to call me over the weekend. I phoned twice with no return call.  I even showed up to talk and was blown off. Come to find out the car I had been looking at was sold and parked right next to me and nobody could bother to let me know. I went to a competitor and with next to nothing down and that same day I walked away with a brand new (more expensive) vehicle and a much more pleasant experience.

I was in a bad situation with my car situation and I can't rave enough about the Service at Anicra Kia!  The Service Mgr Bobby was Phenomenal!  Mitch in Sales pitched an Awesome deal! The Finance Mgr, OMG! Spectacular!  I recommend checking these guys out if you need a car.

I went in to the used car lot at Ancira Kia not knowing what I really wanted and not having had a car for a number of years.  Lori Griffin let me drive anything I wanted, answered all my questions, downloaded computer print outs on the car I chose regarding safety ratings and other information.  I had further questions once I got home and she quickly checked those questions out as well. I had planned on buying a new car but I bought a used car with less than 9000 miles on it and fully loaded for what the internet pricing tells me is a very good deal.  This dealer has many different kinds of cars on the lot which is helpful if you are not sure of what you want.  I ended up with a Mazda SUV which is perfect for me but not at all what I thought I would buy. So go see Lori at Ancira Kia if you want a no pressure experience, just plenty of friendly help.

Great experience when buying my Optima Hybrid. Even better experience with the service department on oil changes and other services I have gone in requesting.  Always treated well, always greeted by very friendly people and felt very appreciated as a customer.

I inquired about a vehicle I saw online. A saleswoman contacted me and left a  message asking when I could go for a test drive.... I went, but was then told the vehicle wasn't at her location, but would I "Be interested in seeing a '15 model?" Another salesman corrected her and said those weren't available,  but they had "some nice 14's!" I told them both I wasn't interested,  at which time, she directed me to their used car location up the street.... she said she'd let them know I was on my way.
That was NOT a good first impression...
Against my better judgement, I went on to the used car lot, and it got worse.
When I arrived, it took a few minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my presence, but then a salesman finally greeted me. Fortunately, as promised, he was expecting me and had the vehicle ready for me to see.... I was VERY disappointed. It was filthy! I didn't even want to sit inside of it, much less test drive it.

While the salesman was VERY nice and helpful, I was not interested in the vehicle, and the Ancira lot left MUCH to be desired.

Overall, I would not buy a vehicle from Ancira Kia,  and their "service" was unacceptable.
**However, the salesman at the used lot was nice - I didn't get his name though. I DID appreciate his effort and customer service.

Took my car in for service/repairs and was Extremely disappointed with outcome.  I dropped my car off at 1pm on Monday and picked it up at 7pm on tuesday.  NONE of repairs were fixed! Only oil change and inspection were done.  And I was told at pick up "you gave us a laundry list, I think we did a good job taking care of everything in the amount of time we had." NOTHING was taken care of, how is that good? I have purchased 3 kia's in a row.  This is the second negative experience I have had at your location.  As a result, I will not be purchasing a kia again.  I will take my business elsewhere.

I have a 2013 Kia soul, I had two tires replaced with NEW tires. Literally the next day one of the new tires was completely flat. I was lucky enough to have made it 5 blocks down from my house to get air in my tires (from a local tire shop) they advised me that who ever changed my tire messed up on the sensor, it was leaking. VERY unprofessional, and i am very disappointed.

I purchased a new Optima Hybrid last week from Ancira Kia. It was the end of July and they clearly wanted to move vehicles, not play games. After making it clear that I wanted their best possible price, they made me an offer that I couldn't refuse. I accepted their offer. They delivered the car to Round Rock the next day. I would never have thought that a car dealer would deliver a vehicle to a location 100 miles away.

 Bottom line, I don't have a single complaint about the buying experience at Ancira KIA. One more item. Never ever set foot into Capitol Kia in Austin, which is the exact opposite of Ancira Kia.

Me and my family have always done business with Ancira and they have never disappointed us. I have my 2011 KIA Forte serviced here (fluid changes, ect.) all the time and they are always quick and efficient. I will definitely buy my next KIA from here.

I live over by Broadway and Wetmore, so it's a pretty long drive, but it's worth it.

Dear Ernesto Ancira,

There is a reason why I have NEVER bought a car from any of your dealerships, even when I lived in San Antonio. Your staff is less than competent. Your sales person's are complete total morons.

I saw an ad for a used VW you had on your lot. I had been looking for somethingI could pay cash for that got descent gas millage. On your website, I went and did the chat feature. It logged me out twice without even getting me a rep. I called the used car department and was not able to get anyone. I finally got a call on my internet request. This guy who sounded like he just rolled out of bed told me the car was not for sale. I figured no problem. I would give him a chance to earn my business. I had explained what I was looking for. He tells me, "Sorry I can't help you." Excuse me, you are a car dealer are you not? You have used cars you can sell me no problem that I can pay you in CASH for. No, I do not want a Kia. Instead of taking my information, he dumped me off the phone.

You have lost a customer for life. Anyone that buys from your Dealership needs to get a clue. You cars are overpriced. Your sales staff are morons. Your website does not work.

If you are looking to buy a car from any of Ernesto's dealerships, do yourself and your sanity a favor and keep driving. You are only going to get headaches and worthless service.
