I bought a 2014 Hyundai Sonata from Mike Lentz in March.  Soon after it began exhibiting issues with the tires and brakes.  After two extremely frustrating and non-productive visits to Red McCombs Hyundai Supercenter, I called upon Mike, as the car had less than a thousand miles on it, to see if Ancira was willing to take care of the issue.  Mike Lentz and his manager, Mike Myers, stepped up!  Ancira replaced the brakes and the tires!  This was "Knock My Socks Off" service!  Wow!  Far beyond my expectation and beyond what was required, they blew me away with their stellar customer service after the sale!

I know where I will buy my next vehicle and I suggest you do the same!  Thanks and a Tip 'O The Hat to Mike and Ancira!

quality deals.
If you are looking for what they have, you can bet that it'll be an unbeatable deal.  they seem to get a large number of a certain vehicle package, and sell the heck out of it.  The service department provides a good level of reliable service, has coupons, and friendly liaison staff, but prices seem a bit high compared to other GM shops, in town.
the paint and body shop was a bit disappointing after a 4 month drawn out ordeal, where my vehicle was fixed , they were agreeable  with the insurance company, but took so long to complete the nearly $13,000 repair.

Made an appointment for Friday afternoon at 4:00.  They told me over the phone it would be 30 minutes to an hour to get my oil changed on my truck. I showed  up at 3:45 since I  was a little  ahead of schedule.  When I pulled up,  the girl  checking  people in  advised me that having  an appointment  didn't matter. The soonest they could get me in would be 2 hours.   So, since I was heading to Dallas for the weekend I stopped into Gunn Chevrolet  in Selma, where they took me right in, and had me out within an hour. I am very disappointed  in Ancira, since this is where I purchased  my truck.  I expected a little more.

I took my truck in for servicing and mentioned to the adviser that I had a small door panel that was making noise when I drove on the highway. He said they would check it out and after the truck was serviced he let me know they were ordering a part for it and asked if my information was correct so I could be notified when the part came in.
When the part came in I was notified by mail, email, and the adviser personally called me and left a voice mail to let him know when I could bring the truck in to get the part put on.
I called back and scheduled the next morning. The part was put on in a timely matter and I drove away a happy customer.
I was treated very courteously with respect by everyone at the dealership and drove away a very happy customer.

I usually take my Chevy Impala to Wal-Mart Lube Express for its oil change, but I noticed lately that Wal-Mart has been going up on their oil change prices. So, in my search for a better price I ran into the Ancira Winton Chevrolet website.  Advertising a oil change for $19.99; my thoughts were a oil change from a dealer for $19.99  that's unheard of. This must be some kinda gimmick or trick.  So, first thing in the morning I pulled into their service bays.  Like all the other dealer's service center it looks nice and well organized. They took my info and went to the waiting room, free coffee is always plus. After about 15 min wait I heard my name called to report to the customer service center. When I got the counter they explained that my car had a recalled part that needed to be replaced, and that It will be replaced for free. I thought that was really cool, and was glad that I decided to stop at Ancira Winton Chevrolet for my oil change.

I gave them 5 stars because I don't think you can get a service like this for $19.99 they anywhere.  Plus they check you Chevy for recalls for free, and they even use Quaker State oil which is one of the best for your Chevrolet.  One thing you want to tell them before you pay is that you want to wave the document protection fee; otherwise it will be $2.50 more.  Check their website for more service specials.
