What a joke of a dealership!

I went during the middle of the week (and midday) to have my 7 month old vehicle checked out after having some issues with Bluetooth connectivity, HD radio, and overall signal issues.  I also had an oil change done.

After leaving my car for 3.5 hours, the oil change was the only thing resolved.  That wasn't the issue as much as it was being lied to.  My requests were simple; did you replace my oil change sticker? Denae told me yes.  Can I turn off the HD radio function until I can find time (more than half a day apparently) to bring it in?  She told me that function wasn't available.  I got in my car and still had the previous sticker.  I went through my settings and was more annoyed to see an HD Radio on/off button.

I won't be returning and would recommend you save your time for someone who understands the basics of customer service.  The only thing worse is that this dealership gets a whole star because I can't rate less.
