took our 2008 lincoln mkx  due to a problem with the transmission and  a bad speaker on the rear left door ,took them 7 days , because the said they're  waiting for the speaker to arrive , used up my loaner car agreement with my extended warranty and had to pay 2 extra days for it ,when i got the car back , the speaker was not replaced and the transmission prob is back..this was last feb 2015...if i bring it back there i dont have a car to go to work  with. .please help..

I had the most positive experience this past weekend at West Point. I had the chance to test drive the new MKX and loved the features. Carlos, the manager, was so personable and made me feel so at ease. They truly work as a team there and take all the thought out of the car shopping experience. I would recommend West Point to anyone in the Houston area.

It is pretty aggravating when your car breaks down on your way home from work. I was upset and stressed that I would have to spend a lot of money to get it towed, fixed, etc.
I called West Point Lincoln and let them know that my 2011 Lincoln MKX had broken down.

I was delighted when they sent out a tow truck (FOR FREE!) and delivered it to the nearest dealership. After experiencing terrible customer service at Hertz recently, I was relieved to get a nice loaner car from West Point while they serviced my MKX.

Sammy Romano at West Point Lincoln was very professional and called me on a regular basis to give me status updates. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from West Point Lincoln and I will definitely bring my car back to this location to be serviced in the future.

Slow no matter what you come for-just needed state inspection and first thing they tell you it will take an hour. It never takes that long. They are not concerned about you waiting that is for sure. I am kicking myself for not going to the guy on the corner who takes about 15 minutes.

This is the third time that I've brought my car in for service to this location. If it wasn't warranty work, I would have gone to my local mechanic. I am not impressed with the communication from service advisors. Today, after waiting 2 hours, the service advisor came out to tell me it was just a minor adjustment and it would be ready shortly. Hmmm, that was an hour ago. Last time I was here, I waited 4 hours for an oil change and a computer update. I would give 4 stars if the communication was better, 5 if they could tell me how long I would be waiting and then have it ready then or before. The best thing about this place is that they have coffee, soda and snacks in the waiting area, as well as iPads if you want to check one out. The cashier lady is super sweet.

WORST Customer Service ever for a car dealership Services, took my 2006 Navigator battery in because it was dead, bought the car in 2010 but warranty say 84 month.  Service guy say you need a receipt for the battery, how am I suppose to have the receipt when I bought the car with the battery in it at the dealership.  He didn't even check my battery, just say it cost 129.99 plus tax. WTF.  I will never buy a Lincoln at West Point Lincoln on Katy and will never go there for anything.  At least, Autozone check it for free and charge the battery for me.

Their service department is great!  I have a 2002 Ford Thunderbird, which is my pride and joy.  For an entire year I had problems with the car not starting.  I could not get the engine to turn over; I knew it wasn't a battery problem, as the radio and windshield wipers worked.  I took the car to Auto Nation Ford here in Katy numerous times and they could not find the problem.  I was at my wit's end, not knowing if it would start, and not being able to drive it for fear of being stranded.
My son suggested I take it to a Lincoln dealer, since he read that the T-Bird has a lot of Lincoln parts.  I took it two weeks ago, and they found the problem in one day!
It was merely a matter of loose.  The relays were loose in the fuse box.  Don't you think that would have been fairly obvious?
They have my business for life!!

I think their comment validates the review I wrote.   They asked me to contact them, which I did to give them a chance to address the issue. I gave them the information they requested about what had happened. As I expressed in the last review, I had asked for a copy of all they did to dry out the car etc. and was told they would send a copy of the work records, which they never did. They didn't want to record what they did since they did flood the car. The smell in the car was awful, which is why I had to put it in storage, hoping it would dry out and go away. . Thankfully this car was not my daily driver   (I still have the rental car receipt from the car they rented for me.)   Once I took the car out of storage and started to go through it, I found what they did to the carpets.  Just because it happened a few years ago, they still did a poor job, and that is the reason for the review.  (Thankfully, my new mechanics have an appreciation for doing the job correctly.)

They spoke to me twice in the past two weeks, and I was told by the head of service they would call me back to address the issue. Instead they post a response here and don't have the courtesy to even call me and address it to me personally.  I would never use them again. It is sad that a dealership like this doesn't appreciate that some people like classic cars. (Mine is the last 2 door Lincoln manufactured, and I am trying to put it back to the way it was before they flooded it.)

They were made aware of what happened when it happened.  I asked to speak to who was in charge of the dealership and was told they were owned by a corporation. They were given two chances to fix the problem, and failed.  Also, Yelp wasn't around then and it is now, so that is why they got the review they got.

I own two vehicles, and I've been down the road with all the different auto service facilities.  Sammy Romano and Pat O'Connor are two of the best service advisers you can get.  Ask for either one of them, and they will take care of you.  Linda will shuttle you to work, and pick you up after your car is done.  I've never had to take the car back, because the work wasn't done correctly.

I haven't bought a car from them yet, because my previous dealership Southwest Lincoln was purchased by Group 1 (Sterling McCall) and was immediately closed.  But I have had a conversation with Shannon Miller about a new purchase and he was extremely personable and knowledgeable.
