I am very pleased with the customer service I received from at West Point. I did not buy a car but got assistance through  brochures that I was doing a speech on one of their trucks. I got an email back the next day saying I could come in and get one and the GM even said that I could show off one of their trucks at my school. I was very impressed and surprised that  a GM would want to do that for me. I got an A on the speech even though I did not get to show the truck off. Thanks again for everything!

In March of 2015 I purchased a 06 Chevy Equinox from the pre-owned lot & a month later they still care that we are happy with the purchase & have gone above beyond my expectation of dealership service. I am so thrilled about my experience at this dealership this past week. First of all, I was 30 minutes late due to traffic, but the service writer got me straightened out quick. I have a preowned certified GMC vehicle that is new for me so I knew an oil change was free of charge.

What I didn't know is that they would rotate my tires as well. I jokingly told my boyfriend I'd love if they washed cars for free, too. And when the service writer returned to get me checked out after a reasonable 40 minute wait, my car was sparkling from a quick wash and the floor mats vacuumed inside too!

The inside was clean, with your usual coffe, popcorn, water refreshments. And everyone was nice and the wait wasn't terrible. Go here for service, it was fantastic!

My wife and I just purchased out third vehicle from West Point.  Obviously there is a reason we keep going back.  We just bought at 2015 Denali Yukon XL.  

They are courteous, fast, competitive, professional, and personable.  They don't put pressure on you during the selection process and if you have to come in for service they are very polite, quick, and great at communicating what needs to be done.  Car ownership is a very positive experience when you are using West Point GMC.

I purchased a used vehicle here last month and this was the most unimpressive experience I have ever had.  They did absolutely nothing to impress me or earn me as a repeat customer.  I asked for an updated inspection sticker (expires in 5 months) and they wouldn't put a lousy sticker on to make me happy.  

I've purchased at least 10 cars in the last 5 years... And most dealerships really go out of way to ensure that people come back.  I'm positive this deal was extremely lucrative for them and yet I felt like they don't want anymore of my business.  Sucks for them.

After an exhaustive search for a specific Buick Enclave, and no less than 1/2 dozen frustrating visits to various car dealerships, we finally located a car at West Point. My wife and I drove in from Austin on a Monday evening after work, purchased the Enclave and drove home. This was the best experience I've ever had in a car dealership. Most of this was due to our salesman CJ. He is a genuinely good dude who had our best interest in mind. I can't say enough good things about CJ. There were no hidden agendas, high pressure, or car salesman bs that I had to deal with at most other dealerships. After the sale, CJ took time to show us all of the features included in the Enclave. While this may seem standard, you would be amazed at how many salesman were unaware and poorly educated on the products they sell. CJ definitely knew his stuff. If you are in the market, please give CJ at West Point a call. I have no doubt that he will treat you with respect and do his best to get you the car you want for the best price possible.

I had a really poor experience at West Point. I believe the name of my salesman was Echo or Etko. I came in to to a 2009 BMW 750LI. It was originally listed on Ebay for 29k, a vehicle with 50k miles. I found that to be the best bargain online and I called in immediately. I originally spoke to a gentleman name Jay and he was very helpful and informative. However my schedule and his conflicted and unfortunately had to deal with Echo. I test drove the vehicle, the BMW had a some type of battery issue and was less than a perfect ride. Even still I figured we can work out a deal, get some of those minor issue corrected and still drive home with a new car.

Upon working the deal Echo attempted to sell the car to me for about $5000 more than what the advertised price was even AFTER I told him the special. He goes back and comes back and still tries to sell it to me for about $2000 MORE than what the advertised price was and basically write the original arrangement off claiming that whoever listed it for so cheap "could loose their job". I was less than amused.

When asked if I could take the BMW to a BMW dealership and have it checked out he said I would have to wait until monday and if there is any other issues that they will not be willing to fix it or address it.

It was very clear than when he realized he was not going to be making nearly as much on the deal as he hoped he became very short, impatient and downright rude. I asked about warranty and he threw some number at me and wouldnt let me speak to a manager. I really wish I wouldve seen Jay that day and maybe things wouldve been different.

My husband took my 2012 terrain on Friday to a routine 30k mile maintenance that included changing a/c filter. He was told it would take 2.5 hours but it took more than 4. Paid 500 dollars but After service a/c is not working properly so went back on saturday only to be asked to come back next week since Rick (who received the suv on friday) was not there. That is certainly not my definition of high quality service for a respected brand like GMC.  I am really disappointed.

When I wanted to pick up my car after the oil changes, They had some scratch and hit on my brand new car. So, it took more than a week to fix it. Although they gave me a replaced car for that period but it really wasted my time. I didn't know that 1 normal oil change would take my time for about 10 days.

As a follow up the dealership did not follow up even though I called Adan, the manager.  He was too busy to discuss my situation because he was with someone.  He didn't even know who I was so I will assume this type of transaction goes on all of the time.  Unfortunately my first review remains the same.  I see why car dealers earned the reputation that they have.  Too bad!!  I really wanted this to turn out well so I could praise the dealership and share with others.

Service Advisor was very dry. Services on the vehicle was satisfactory. Each time I come to get service something about the vehicle is not in the condition in which it was left. This time floor carpet in the front middle has some lines in it was possibly left by a heavy tool, cord,  or something. Courtesy driver was great.
