Absolutely awesome dealership, although I purchased my Jetta TDI at another location I have always brought it here for service. Nicole in the service department is awesome and they're always quick to get your vehicle in and out for maintenance. Convenient location as well.

I rented a Beetle from them for 3 yrs to see how I'd like it cus I've always liked Beetles. It's a practical car and it suits me. The sales person Renee is a great dealer. She actually educated me to how to gorw into a car and showed concerns for my own sake. The service was great for the 1st 2 yrs and I was very pleased by VW even got my girlfriend to buy a car from there too. But when I was ready to buy the car after renting the customer service when down the drain. I don't understand why. You'd trust them for their VW brand they take pride for what they do and the reputation. I wonder what had happened to them? Is it bc of the economy? During the slow economy they should be preparing instead of lowing their qualities! I was very disappointed from the front CS lady Niki, when I got there sit infront of her 2x she kept on talking to her co-workers and ignored me so after 1 min I got up and walked to someone else to find help. GM Steve was rude to me when I called and complained about my credit application took a whole wk to process so I had to cancel my car insurance with this insurance co. I got the best deal from. Esp. the finance dept Jeff tried to rush me into signing the paper. I was also looking at renting the other car and all he wanted me to do was to SIGN and said the insurance will be exactly the same and they'll just transfer over. Lucky I didn't listen to him. The premium ended up a lot higher. So I needed to just buy the Beetle and get over with cus I really didn't wanna deal with them anymore and as you know, made me hurry up and sigh the paper didn't really explain to me much what I was paying for and kept on telling me I got a very good deal. So I realized that I got the worse deal in the world. They ended up charged me the full car price after I've been driving it for 3 yrs and kept it only barely over 20,000 milage and still in super condition. The whole experience there was horrible and I felt they didn't care for me at all just wanted to trick me and rush me into signing the paper. I understand everyone needs to make money but pls don't treat me like an idiot. You know they advertise the Beetle especially for women clientel but they can't treat women customers with respect. I don't respect the sales ppl that always think women are stupid shoppers just bc we're too nice to say anything. They should educate us and make us a better shopper with them instead! I made a complain to the VW customer service center and I told them straight up: They did made $ from me as a one time rip off but they'll never have me as a life time customer. I've been working for CS for a long time I know what I deserve. When you piss off 1 customer you piss off the other 100! Sorry!!!! I do still like my car and VW but I also understand I do have many other options out there! If they wanna compete with Honda, Toyota just like they said, they should do something about it!
