I felt like I was at top-notch dealership and was treated with great customer service. I was surprised how they washed my car for free even though I was just having some recall work done! I enjoyed the free Coke and popcorn as well. Also, I have to say those are some of the nicest, cleanest restrooms I've ever seen! Reminds me of Bucce's in Baytown! Being there left me with a classy feeling! Thanks again!

I generally don't like going to new car dealerships because of previous negative experiences. But this time, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised. I came in to see the new 2015 GMC Canyon which I had read good reviews about online. My sales consultant George and everyone else there seemed very sincere and were not pushy at all. The whole process was a positive experience, something I wouldn't expect when purchasing a new car. I ended up purchasing the Canyon and am so in love with this pickup! I really appreciate this dealership's customer service and will definitely consider coming back for a new vehicle in the future.

This the third time I've had to bring my vehicle (a GMC Acadia) in for service.  

In each and every instance my service adviser - Chase Eaton - has done an outstanding job.  He always promptly comes out when I arrive in the morning, listens patiently while I explain the issues with my car, asks good probing questions to follow-up, and gets my signed up for the courtesy shuttle.

Throughout the remainder of the day, he keeps me well apprised of the progress of the work being done on my vehicle.  He also arranges to have the courtesy shuttle come pick my up after my car is done.

Also, in every instance he has made sure that my car's service is completed that day (I do bring it in early as possible).  I suspect in some instances he's really had to lean on the repair team to get that done.  In any event, I'm always grateful that he manages to coordinate things so that my car is indeed ready by days end.

Finally, the gentleman that drives the courtesy shuttle - Mr. Bob - really knows his way around the city of Houston.  He's a great listener and has really interesting stories to tell.  I enjoy riding with him.

This has been probably the best experience with buying a SUV. They treated us very nice took their time to explain everything. Kit was helpful in every way just very open and honest and so was Scott. We got to the financial guy he went beyond as well. We are just really happy with our purchase and definitely would return again!

The time to service your car.  It comes around now and then.  Everyone hates it.  It takes up time from your day and normally it cost more than you every intended to pay.  I leased my car from David Taylor GMC which has now become Sterling McCall GMC.  I was quite upset since I had built up a nice reputation with the service manager who worked there.  

I was hesitant to try Sterling McCall but I decided to give it a shot and see what happened the first time.  I drove up and met Adrian Wong  who was very nice and no nonsense.  He sat with me and our ideas about what I wanted out of a service manager seemed to be on track.  He gave me my first service for free and had me on my way within the hour.

I have been back to see Adrian a couple other times for a routine service and also for a special that GMC had sent me in the mail.  Both times Adrian has greeted me and had my car serviced quickly and efficiently.  He has never tried to up-sell me or give me things that are not needed.  They also wash your car for free which is always a nice little extra.

The building is new and has a nice waiting area with free wi-fi.  If you need to service your GMC go see Adrian and tell him you read this review, he'll appreciate it.  Nobody likes getting their car serviced, but when it happens at least there are people like Adrian to make it somewhat bearable.
