When it came time to purchase my first car, I looked high and low. Paul Davalos and South Loop Hyundai made my first car buying experience absolutely amazing. He was extremely knowledgable, wasn't pushy, and helped me find what I want rather than trying to tell me what I should purchase. When I didn't find exactly what I wanted at this dealership, I was able to tell them what I was looking for and where it was. Two days later it was at the dealership waiting on me with recertification. Even the financing part of the process was pleasant, Victor was super helpful. I am so happy with my purchase and pleased with the outstanding customer care at South Loop Hyundai.

I truly understand why people hate going to dealerships so much now. I had one of the worst possible experiences with this dealership. My service guy was Gregg, and as you can see from the last post, he does nothing to help you out. I also spoke with the Service Manager, Aubrey, and that guy is a clown too. I was quoted ridiculous prices so I called around and their prices were double the price of the second closest one. I absolutely hate this location and would never recommend someone to go there unless I truly hated that person with a passion. I will continue to bring my business over to Brazelton Auto where I feel respected as a customer and treated the right way.  See ya never South Loop.

I bought my new 2014 Elentra and I can honestly say that Mr. Paul Davalos was so nice and was very patient with my indecisive self. I would give him 6 stars but sadly it doesn't allow me to rate that high. So I give him a high, five star rating along with the dealership.

My Elantra was one of the models that was part of the recent Hyundai recall due to a factory defect. Unfortunately my car succumbed to the defect, and I was left with NO brake lights. Yikes. And of course, ALL of the dealerships were swamped, including the original dealership that sold me my car. They were all telling me I'd have to wait a week. Ugh! So I called the service department here at SLH, and they were able to fit me in much sooner. Of course, the day of my appointment, Murphy's Law kicked in and I ended up stuck, unable to get to the dealership until much later. The guy in the service department was able to switch me with another customer who had arrived super early!

When I got there, I went to the sales trailer by accident. Whoops. I have to say, I wasn't impressed. I stood there for a couple of minutes before ANYONE came out to greet me or help me. Not a good impression, especially if I'd been a customer looking to buy. This is the second Hyundai dealership where that has happened--not a good trend. The sales guy who finally came out was helpful enough--he let me know that I had the wrong trailer and needed to go to the service trailer around back, but didn't really strike me as friendly. I could be wrong--he could've been having an off day, or that could've been a wrong impression, but there it is.

The service department was a different story. Everyone was really friendly and helpful--I was greeted at the door by the receptionist, and the guy that I'd talked to on the phone greeted me and got my car taken care of. I REALLY wish I could remember his name, because I'd consider buying from this dealership ONLY because of him. As it is, I'll definitely continue to get my car serviced here since he's in the service department.

I really want to give this dealership a lower rating, so I have to resort to averages. Five stars for stellar customer service from the service department, three stars for a lackluster sales department. So they get a four from me.

Did my eyes deceive me?.... Is there actually a Hyundai dealership almost inside the loop?!?!?!?....

I was so happy today when I noticed for the first time ever I passed a Hyundai sales/ service  right down the street from the Medical Center. I have been driving to Conroe to get my oil changed in my new Sonata Hybrid because I could never locate a dealership nearby...

The employees here were all very friendly and changed my oil in less than 20 minutes. They also gave me an oil change coupon that made my oil change much cheaper than every other dealership in town, yay!!

I will so be back!! Thanks for giving me another reason to keep loving my Hyundai Hybrid!!!
