The 57,000-square-foot dealership is located near one of Houston's most prestigious residential areas and is the number one Infiniti dealership in Houston. Don't have responsibilities! Return our car dirty after each service! After repair car it stopped  on the road because BOLT FELL OFF from underneath the car!!! We're lucky drive slowly that day. And they are DONT CARE! Just fixed it FREE. That's it. 'Thank you'.

I purchased a car from Sewell Infiniti and worked with Todd Wimsett.  He quickly had the two cars I wanted to test drive ready for my husband and I to check out.  He was wonderful at answering any questions we had and giving us time to talk on our own when necessary.  He even spoke to the manager about a few cosmetic issues I had with the car I narrowed my choice down to and said that they would be taken care of.  It was late on a Saturday and I had no idea that they had already closed and he was still working with us!  He took all my information for the auto loan to pass on the finance.  I only had to make a quick call on Monday to give them the thumbs up to move forward.

I picked up my car on a Wednesday afternoon.  They had everything ready to go for me.  Todd reviewed all the benefits from purchasing from a Sewell dealership as well as giving us a tour of the service side of the facility and introducing us to our service adviser if we ever need anything.  A few days later, Todd called to check on me and the car and also when my plates came in.  I've even taken my car by to get my free car wash and everyone was extremely nice.  

I highly recommend working with Todd if you are heading to this dealership!  I also highly recommend this dealership!  If you do your research on dealerships, you'll quickly find that there are very few that give you the added benefits of a Sewell dealership.  My husband had purchased a car from their Dallas location once before and I was so jealous of the service he received!  It was great that they had the car I wanted at a great price too!

Hands down, this is the best dealership I've purchased from. The staff is extremely attentive and most importantly, they are honest. I purchased my car from Kevin Fitzgerald and couldn't be more pleased. In the short amount of time I spent in the waiting area I noticed that Kevin actually knew his clients on a personal level. Even more impressive was the fact that those relationship didn't end once the deal closed. It was evident his clients had been returning for years, which in the end speaks for itself. I assure you this quality extends to the rest of the staff as well. It's not often I take the time to write reviews but I felt this was warranted. I will purchase all of my vehicles here in the future. The culture of this company is simply unmatchable. Well done!

EXCELLENT SERVICE. We purchased a car from Sewell Infiniti, and the service was great at the time of purchase (and that great service played a significant role in our purchase). But, the service AFTER we purchased, has remained phenomenal.  Yes, I said phenomenal. Seriously, every person I've encountered when bringing the car in for service and car washes (you get free car washes when you purchase a Sewell car) has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The great service is why we travel from the southside of town up to Spring, in order to have our car serviced there. Their Service department provides the best customer services I've encountered, hands down.

I would love to commend the sales team at Sewell Infinity of Houston. They are an awesome group and very knowledgeable in their field. We were already Infinity owners when we moved to the Houston area. We started using the service department about 3 years ago. We have always been impressed with them from the start. When I got the urge to purchase a convertible, I really did not consider another Infinity, I was originally looking at the BMW's. After test driving a BMW, and not getting that "wow" feeling, I crossed back over to the Infinity dealership just to see what I could find. I walked into the store late on a Saturday evening, about 30 minutes before they are scheduled to close and was greeted by Todd Wimsett. He welcomed me from the first moment we met, and never appeared agitated by me prolonging his work day. He was very helpful and informative, and I trusted his opinions from the get go. I was sold from day one with the professionalism and friendly environment Sewell provided. I had the privilege to work also with Michael Ricks(sales) and Matt Listi. (finance). They both helped seal the deal, and make the process of purchasing a vehicle enjoyable. I have had my new (pre-owned) G37 convertible for a few weeks now, and have had awesome "after the sale" customer service. Todd has had to deal with me a couple of times since the trade, and he has come through with flying colors every time. After driving my car for a while now, I am so happy I chose the Infinity over the BMW. It has all the luxury one could ask for and so far for me it has been a "driving experience" helping make my daily commute to work a little more exciting.  I would definitely recommend Sewell Infinity of Houston to my family and friends.

A couple of months ago, old reliable (my 8 year old Hyundai Sonata that I'd had since college) was starting to flash lots of lights at me, and at 120K+ miles, I did not have the desire to sink any more money for repairs. Which meant, it was time for a rite of passage - buying my first car.

Originally, I had intended to buy a new Hyundai, but after tagging along on my boyfriend's own car shopping adventure a few weeks prior - I succumbed to the siren song of Infiniti's hard top convertible. This was the kind of car I'd dreamed about since being a little girl, but had never thought of it as a real option. The sticker price on it, especially, made a brand new one completely unreachable. I was taught that cars are in their prime the first 50K miles, with usually no problems and minimal maintenance, which meant buying new was the obvious solution. And of course, Hyundai does offer a *really* good warranty, that I took full advantage of with my Sonata, so that was also important to me.

So - I had a challenge. An Inifiniti hard top convertible, with extremely low mileage, and ideally with a warranty still attached to it. Miraculously, I found exactly what I was looking for (and then some) at Sewell Infiniti - a 2013, fully loaded, 6 month old Infiniti G37S with ~6,500 miles on it, and it was certified (=warranty) pre-owned to boot! I began communicating with Andrew Gilmore, and from that first e-mail, it has been nothing but a very pleasant experience. I arrived at the dealership for a test drive, to be greeted by a very friendly & polite (and smiling) man who recognized me and was very knowledgeable about the car (and previous owner).

After the test drive, I was hooked. Plus, I'm not going to lie. I'd done some shopping already with my boyfriend for his car (also an Infiniti) and for myself prior to finding this one, and car salesman? Not always the most honest or knowledgeable. Andrew, on the other hand, seemed very genuine & I actually really *liked* him, so I *wanted* to give him my business. Then came what I had been dreading for years - the negotiating process. This process was surprisingly painless, and Andrew (and apparently Sewell) were willing to work with me to make my dream actually attainable. After a day or so of e-mailing back and forth (also worth noting - Andrew is very responsive and easy to get a hold of - even now!), we had settled on a fair price on both the Infiniti and my trade-in AND they were able to get me a great interest rate for my monthly payments.

After 2 months, I'm still very happy with my car. It had one cosmetic thing that was to be done to it (something on the wheel, that Sewell was going to fully cover as it was there before I purchased the vehicle), so when my plates arrived, they scheduled a time to come pick up my car and brought a loaner (another friendly individual brought me a new Infiniti SUV) to my office - then when my car was ready, Andrew came and picked up the SUV, bringing me back my beautiful car.

So far, I'm extremely pleased and I definitely could not have had a more pleasant experience when buying my first car. So much so that my parents are planning a new car purchase early next year and are planning on buying from Sewell after my personal experience :).

This dealership is amazing! If you need service on your car they offer you a loaner car; they also provide pick up and drop off service if needed. They also provide free car washes FOR LIFE at any Sewell dealership. If you choose to wait while your car is being serviced, they have iPads for you  to play on, fresh baked cookies and cold beverages. EVERY single person that I've ever encountered here has been top notch, extremely professional, and always willing to lend a hand. I, HIGHLY, WITHOUT A DOUBT, recommend this dealership go anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle. Find Kevin Fitzgerald and have him help you,  he's spectacular!

This place is a horrible joke.  I took my vehicle here for get my front bumper replaced due to a minor incident i had. Upon dropping my vehicle off.....customer service was excellent.
A day later, things changed. They claimed they had taken my bumper apart and found frame damage. I found that odd, considering that my vehicle is still basically brand new. So ok if my vehicle has frame damage....then i need to confront the dealership i bought it from.......they called Sewell Infiniti and asked for details, pictures, and even offered to come to the dealership to view the so called frame damage.....,..this is where it got interesting. My Collison service guy started stuttering and not willing to speak to the other dealer.......i wonder why......could he have been lying to me? I told them to put my vehicle back together. I took it to another reputable Collison repair shop for a second opinion.......and of course they said there was no frame damage to my Sewell Infiniti is a bunch of LIARS........I would not recommend this dishonest place to anyone.

This is hands down the best Service Department I have ever worked with.  They are attentive, knowledgeable and responsive.  It is a dealer so it may not be as cheap as you corner mechanic, but the quality of work is top notch and they are not looking to take you for a ride (unlike West Houston Infiniti which might be the worst in town).  My G35 is out of warranty and they treat me like I just bought it even though I bought it several years ago from another dealer.

My rep (David Blackerby) is easy to deal with and actually knows about these cars.  I have never been up-sold on unnecessary services and they always have a loaner car ready.  I cannot say enough about how great they have been to deal with.

I live in The Woodlands, and we have owned several QX56s, including our current 2012. Sewell is the most expensive Infiniti dealer in the city by far.  Seriously, most people I know end up buying from Southwest Infiniti and just having Sewell do the service, like we have (now 3 times). Sewell has a sales system where they take lots of young people who recently graduated college and turn them into sales people, the problem with this is that they don't know anything about how the process of buying, selling, and financing cars works. They are like little sales jargon robots, but if you know what you're talking about, especially when price comes up it basically becomes impossible to deal with them, but they are programmed, I mean taught to keep you from talking directly with a sales manager who may actually know what they are talking about. You will save countless hours, and many thousands of dollars by just avoiding the sales side of Sewell from the start and buying somewhere else. The only people I know who have bought from Sewell don't care about price and all paid basically MSRP. My last 2 QX56s were around 8k off MSRP (2011 and 2012 Model Years).  Houston is a buyers market and maybe someday Sewell will realize this and stop trying to scam people on what they should be paying. Sewell=Let the Buyer Beware.

I live in Austin and I was trying to buy an used car from Sewell Infiniti (Houston location). I send a request via email and received a call from Kelly Harris. Each time, I tried to get in touch with Kelly Harris or was promised by Kelly to get an answer.. it takes a few phone calls/email and days  to get in touch with her. I was ready to make a deal 2 weekends ago.. but each time, Kelly drop the ball and not returning my call for answer or for my offer. This is a very frustrating experience dealing with a dealership that pride itself in customer service (What customer service?). The crazy part is that I receive a canned follow up email from Mark Polites - Sewell Infiniti of North Houston and after I send him an email expressing my frustration.. I did not receive any response from him either.

Obviously, Sewell is too rich to make a sales and I and my money will just have to go else where.
