We just got a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership and everyone was very nice and easy to work with.  But the purpose of this review is because of our salesperson ......his name is Micah Morace  and he couldn't have been nicer. We were very particular about what we wanted and he made absolutely sure we got it.  The car buying process can be exhausting but he kept us informed throughout the process of what was going on instead of just leaving us there wondering as is the case at most other dealerships. I could go on and on but I'll just say if you are in the market for a new vehicle go see Micah at Northwest Dodge. He is awesome !!! Allison B.

Got my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership recently and glad I didn't go anywhere else! My sales person Carole was knowledgeable, super sweet and was giving me the best deal. I shopped everywhere in Houston for this car and I'm so impressed with them. It was really busy and the parking was crazy because the service construction but they really have their stuff together. I have great credit so I was in and out once we made agreements. Thanks Carole for making a great car buying experience. You all know it can be dreadful, but not here, I promise! Btw, the General Sales Manager was really friendly. Came over and introduced himself, and thanked me for my business, he also mentioned they are under new management... I do believe that will make a huge difference. :)

Northwest Dodge far surpassed all of my expectations.

My fiance and I drove in from College Station with the sole purpose of buying a truck we had seen advertised online. The minute we walked inside, we were told this said truck had literally JUST been sold. We were bummed we didn't get it, but even more irritated that we wasted our time after the salesperson encouraged us to come on in.

Let me emphasize: CAROL is a ROCK STAR. She immediately sensed our discouragement and stepped in to help, but not in an overbearing way. She listened to everything we had to say, gave us some sound advice, and introduced us to her manager, RICK. Together, they were able to find us a similar (but even nicer) truck that we ended up liking a lot more. The price was higher than we were looking to pay, but Rick made us one heck of a deal that we couldn't walk away from (gotta love that Aggie network). He took the time to walk us through the process and evaluate our options. It took a little while to get everything squared away, but in the meantime they made sure we were comfortable and had the truck cleaned one last time. Shout out to the team for putting enough gas in it for the drive home.

Overall, the process was pretty painless. We appreciate the folks out at Northwest Dodge for making our first car buying experience a positive one.

If time is important to you do not go here.

My salesman was polite nice and not pushy. The variety of vehicles which I was looking for was not there. I still took a look at a couple of vehicles that were in my budget and my style however another salesperson interfered repetitively saying that he has another customer interested in this vehicle and for us to make a decision very quickly. This happened about three times to the point when after I test drove the vehicle the salesman called my salesman to confirm aggressively asking him what our decision was. Once I decided which vehicle I was interested in my salesman then told me it was a 10 minute process that 10 minute process turned out to be a 45 minute process before they even attempted to upraise my trade-in. The manager without hesitation gave my keys back and said thank you with no attempt whatsoever to salvage our relationship even if he could not make the sale.

One of my better car buying experiences.

Edgar our salesman did a great job. He found the exact car I wanted across the state and arranged to get it delivered within 2 days. I was given a fair price for it and also my trade-in. We did have to negotiate a while to get there, but that's expected, and it was honest, friendly and low pressure. Complete opposite of the melodrama I experienced at Tomball Dodge.

Only real gripe is the long wait times. We had to wait over an hour for the financing office, and later when we picked up the vehicle had to wait around an hour for them to get it ready. But those are minor.

I HATE taking my truck in for service.  However, I left Northwest Dodge experiencing something I have very rarely seen from a service repair shop....real - customer -  service.  My advisor, Bryan, was excellent from the start.  I knew my truck would be in for a few days, and I needed a rental car.  He recommended I sign up with the loaner program.  It worked out great and saved me a bunch of money.  After I dropped off my truck, I got a call the next day informing me my truck would be looked at that afternoon.  After that, I received a call from Bryan keeping me informed of the various stages of the repair (the reason for the needed repair was because another dealership in Houston screwed my truck up).  I very much appreciated the status updates, and the pleasure demeanor of Bryan.  I would definitely recommend using them to service your vehicle. Thanks again!

It took me 5 hours to buy a car here and I have excellent credit.  Be sure while you are there, use the internet or your Iphone and go to their website, you will find the car on the internet much cheaper than any deal they will make you in person.  I'd already got them to come down on my truck $3000 and then found the same truck and VIN on the internet for another $1300 less on cars.com !  God Bless the Iphone, I had plenty of time sitting around in their show room to play with it and it saved me $1300 that day.

After the finance papers were signed, it took another 2 hours for them to detail it.  I started getting ticked off and just told them to give me the truck dirty so I could go home and found out they'd been looking for the gas card all this time.  They weren't able to give me my free tank of gas.  I said "just give me $30 and we'll call it even" but they refused and walked me out so I'd quit making a scene in their show room.  I did finally get my clean truck but I never got my free tank of gas.  

I'd asked for a 4 yr loan and not 5 year but discovered when I got my loan papers it was a 5 yr loan.  Be SURE to read your paperwork very thoroughly here.  They also quote your payments with every insurance under the sun, which in my case was 50% more than just the vehicle payment.  They are very shady here.  I will never go back.

Also, it's been a month and they've never called me about my plates.  My son called today about going to pick them up but none of their phone numbers work.  I think they have some cheap VOIP phone system because I saw 3 techs running around messing with their internet connections the day I was there.  If you do get through, it will ring 30x before someone finally answers.
