Horrible experience!!   I will preface this by saying I am an Iraq and Afghanistan combat vet with a Purple Heart and 15 total years of service. So in my career in the Army I was not a Mercedes customer I guess, but after 4 years in the corporate world my Wife and I have done very well and I wanted to buy my first Mercedes. I was actually excited. We got to the dealership around 230pm.  This was my second trip up there.   We settled on the vehicle.  I felt like the trade in was under valued but I was willing to go with it.   I had already set up financing through our bank but the sales guy said hey we have this great deal on financing through Mercedes on this car and the rate was substantially less then what the bank was going to charge.  We filled out all the paper work the rep took it back around 5 pm.  At 5 mins till 7 he comes back and tells us oh sorry financing closed at 6 for some reason.   He asked could we come back Monday.   No I fly out of town Monday. He then tells us that the interest rate will probably change because that deal is expiring.  I asked why it didn't get processed when we turned it in and why it took over two hours to tell us that finance was closed.  Obviously our time was unimportant to the sales team or any manager that walked by and said nothing to us as we sat alone waiting. Maybe if we would of paid cash instead we would of been treated better.   Some how I doubt it with this place!

I really enjoyed my buying experience from this dealership.  It was worth the drive from Sugar Land, and who could ask for a better sales person.  If you go here as a first timer ask for Keith Jeanes.  He was able to take care of me post purchase and even three months later when I ran into an issue.  The experience is first class as expected and I can surely say that as a first time AMG owner I hope to be a repeat buyer for years to come.  I will say that hands down you I have had the best car buying experience here.

I came to the dealership just to look at card not planning on purchasing.  My eyes was caught by a red C300.  Edward Huerta came to introduced himself and let my husband and I drive the car around.  Loved the car and end up buying it!  Edward was courteous and very professional and I enjoyed buying my car from this dealership.  I believe that I got a great price and a beautiful car.

When I went in to test drive a car, I really wasn't prepared to make a purchase that day. Just wanted to check it out...The experience I had went so smoothly that I ended up buying my GL450! Our sales rep was "Dutch" who was incredibly helpful despite me showing up an hour before they closed. Their level of customer service goes beyond expectations as he continues to provide help and advice even after we left with our new vehicle. I just felt bad and rushed in the financing dept bc the dealership has closed.

I had a very good experience purchasing a used BMW 750li through this dealership. The salesperson, Sean was very courteous and professional even though I pushed him for the best deal possible. Ultimately we agreed on a price we could both live with and I flew down the next day to pick the car up. Sean even picked me up from the airport!

5 stars for Sean.

4/5 stars for the dealership. As an Autonation dealer they have some irritating policies. After we agreed on a price I sent all my finance info and wanted to close the deal remotely but they required me to be there in person. Additionally, they don't take deposits so I felt pressured to get down there ASAP so they didn't sell the car out from under me. Sean helped me out as much as he could but I ultimately had to email him a copy of my plane ticket in order to get the sale manager to take the car off the lot for 1 day. I get why they do it from a business perspective but when I have all the financial docs and approvals in your hands and you still wont hold the car its a bit frustrating.

Overall good experience, and again, the salesperson was excellent to deal with.I would buy another car from them.

Exceptional Service!!!  

I purchased my Mercedes out of state last year, and just moved to the Houston area.  I needed to find a place to get serviced, and MB of  Houston North is relatively close to the IAH airport (I travel a lot for work).  I signed up and booked an appointment for service online (routine maintenance and a special light went off on my car).  In the special notes section, I requested that they call to confirm my appointment and inquire about shuttle service.  Less than 2 hours later someone called me to confirm my appointment and confirmed their shuttle service policy (they'll drive you within 20 miles of the facility).

When I arrived everyone was exceptionally nice!  Trent was an awesome service advisor.  I tend to ask a lot of questions and he answered all of them.  I needed to be taken to the airport and they took me immediately.  I knew my car was in good hands and didn't even stress about it.   This is the best service I've ever received.  I'll be back!

Had to find a local dealership for Service - signed up online (she's an older E-Class but low miles and great shape) at Mercedes-Benz of Houston North and booked the appointment.  

Everything from initial booking to follow-through has been a great consumer experience.  The staff is friendly, informative, and thorough (I will say of all the calls I placed on inquiry only once did I get a young lady who was rather curt but I suspect something was off for her as everyone else was aces).

Service Advisor Richard is the sort of guy that is friendly, easy-going, and good about informing you of the who, what, when, where and why of the process and I have to say, it was the best service I have ever received from an automotive dealership.

I bought one Mercedes at Mercedes Benz North Houston a few years back.  

I got a fair price.

I gave Mercedes Benz North Houston a chance to sell me another Mercedes about a year ago.  I guess they thought that, as a potential repeat customer, I needed no particular reason to throw money their way.  

They made not the slightest effort to compete for my business, cavalierly tossing me a price offer on another new Mercedes Benz that was barely below sticker.  

I bought my second Mercedes elsewhere at great savings (see my other review of a Mercedes dealership for details).

But Mercedes Benz of North Houston is the closest MB dealership to where I live so that's where I go for service on my Mercedes.

I am pleased to say that the service department at Mercedes Benz North Houston is excellent.  They do what they say they will do and get it done on the promised schedule.  

There are not too many auto service departments you can say that about.

HATED it. I was there 15 minutes and was not even greeted. It's almost as though the staff had been trained NOT to greet potential customers. After looking at a few cars on my own......I left. I went to BMW and Infinity......and was immediately greeted. That was appreciated.

It took them 4-1/2 hours to do an oil change on my car on my birthday! I told them I was in a hurry. Zero customer service in the waiting area. Compared to other dealers in town and Vegas, it's a disappointment. Service writer is condescending.

I will give them another chance only if I have no other choice.

My experience with Mercedes-Benz of Houston North and its people have been nothing but stellar! What impressed me most is the salesman with whom I dealt, Eric Major (Majors?).

He was the most courteous, genuinely caring person, that I even hesitate to consider him a "salesman". From placing my order to taking delivery of my car and even dealing with any minor inconveniences, Eric was always on top of it.

I gladly recommend Eric, and this dealership to my friends, family and other "yelper"s who might be looking for someone to handle their car shopping needs.

Even though I did not end up purchasing a car from here, I had a great experience with the salesman.

My salesman was Jas Sandhu, and from the moment we walked in, he treated us great and didn't give us a run around.  

The next Mercedes I buy, will be from MB North Houston and will recommend my friends
