Loved my experience at the service department at Land Rover today. Scheduling service with a loaner car was extremely flexible and easy too. My service guy (Matt) had me in and out with an awesome loaner car in about 15 min. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

I have never experienced such horrible service from a dealership or another product in my life. The service team is very unresponsive and my 2013 vehicle was dropped off a week ago with still no timeline on when the "part will come in".  I have filed complaints with the Service Director at the location with no follow up or call back on my issue.  I have to constantly call for updates and they are very condescending in their responses to my need for an update.  I will be happy to never deal with this location again.
I would recommend driving to a far away location just to avoid dealing with this poor customer service that I have been dealing with for years.  This time, I am done.  The same service advisors are still working there and still treating people horribly despite constant bad reviews and complaints. Obviously the owner of the location doesn't care about customer service either.

Really horrible customer service. I read yelp before I headed over, but decided to give it a shot anyway. I went in to look at a Range Rover with Richard who was not only sexist, but inflated the price of the car I was looking at. Safe to say, I went to another dealership and bought the same car, at the right price. They're very snakey here.

This is a late review.

The WORST customer service ever from a dealership. I would not recommend coming to this location. I would rather drive to a further location to get serviced then to come here. I brought my car in to get serviced, but I had to take it back because they overlooked the problem. So I called to make an appointment and to let them know what the problem was so I can get advice on it. Called a few times; left a few messages. No calls returned, nor did I get anything solved. Doesn't seem like anyone wants to be responsible of anything.A big waste of time.

I called to order the 2014 Range Rover sport and I was told it will arrive in 3-4 months. So I went in and put a $2,500 deposit and was told the car will be ordered the following week and that I will receive a confirmation once that's been done. 3 weeks pass by and no word. I call and email my sales person and he never returns my calls or emails. So I called and spoke to the sales manager who told me that my car hasn't and won't be ordered for 2-3 more weeks (6 weeks from when I first ordered it) and that it won't arrive for 6-7 more months! I go back and forth my sales person who spent another week supposedly trying to match me with one of the cars he will be receiving in 2 months. Non of the cars match what I wanted. So, I requested a refund of my deposit and they said that they will. It's been 4 days and he has yet to refund my deposit (he's had my deposit for a month now!). This experience has turned me off the $74,000 range rover that I wanted. I might just stick to my infiniti FX which Sewell infiniti has always provided a good and prompt service (and its much cheaper!). One thing for sure, I WILL NOT BUY FROM MOMENTUM! They are dishonest and provide no customer service!

I can't complain, granted I didn't come here for Land Rover, came here for a pre-owned Hummer H2. But I dealt with a Steven Hill, and it was awesome, great service, great way of conducting sales, in the end got the price we wanted and the car was in great shape. Will definitely go here again to do business
