Looking for a quality pre-owned car? Looking for a dealership that excels in customer service? Look no further than Lacho Ayala Motors.

H searched online to find a replacement for our '04 BMW 325i convertible that was totalled in an accident. As luck would have it, L. A. Motors had a '04 BMW 330i convertable at a very resonable price. We headed out to the dealership to check it out.

Lacho Ayala Motors is located off of the Eastex Freeway. The showroom was very clean (as were the restrooms) and the staff friendly. The lot is medium sized with a variety of car makes & styles. H was looking at the BMW and Lacho himself came over to help out his very busy staff. Key in hand for a test drive, H noticed the gas tank was empty. No problem, Lacho gave him $20 and told him to put some gas in it and bring back the receipt. The BMW was is excellent condition and drove better than the former one. Back at the dealership we told Lacho that we were interested in the vehicle but we were waiting on a claims settlement check. No problem, Lacho gave us his word that he would take it off the sales lot and hold it for us. H noticed there was only one key and asked Lacho if there was another one (we found out with our last BMW that replacement keys are around $150!). No problem, Lacho said he would ask the person who sold him the vehicle for the extra key (it was his neighbor).

It took over a week to get the settlement check in and true to his word, Lacho held the car for us. Omar Molina had all the paperwork ready and we were driving off the lot 30 minutes later. Sweet!

2 weeks later we noticed the a/c was not working. H called Lacho and he said (you should know this by now) No problem, bring it in and I'll take care of it. The a/c repair ended up being major. Parts were ordered from BMW and he told his mechanic to do it right, no rush job. We got our car back over a week later (most of that was waiting for the part) with the a/c running perfectly.

This man is true to his word. Something you rarely find these days.

***Note: Lacho mailed us our license plates and guess what was included? That's right, the spare key. Thanks Lacho!
