This was easily the smoothest purchase in my life. From the sales staff (Adan is great) to the finance dept to the service department that went above and beyond- Ryan is the best! I have purchased several vehicles and they treated me great even though I was just there to purchase a gently used (cheap) vehicle for a commuter car. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

Great sales team (of course).  Service department representatives used to be great.  They had a young man that knew what he was doing and if he told you some thing he got it done.  I have never had any issues with any car I have purchased here - but the service department over the past year or so has been horrible.  I cannot believe the loaner cars promised most often become rental cars that they charge my card for...serious?  My son who has a chevy always receives a loaner car from the dealer across the street.  The last rental had a horrible odor and was not clean.  Jaguar North - I will be purchasing my next one further north as in Dallas.

This is the WORST dealership in the  world!  You would expect much better customer service when you own a luxury vehicle. This is certainly not the case with this dealership. The 1st time I took my jaguar XK there, it was there for 2 weeks. They did not have any loaner cars, instead I was given an enterprise compact vehicle. Of course, they miraculously found  a car after they learned my extended warranty would cover the repair cost. The 1st day the customer service rep did not call to give an update, I had to call him. I made it vey clear that you  don't purchase a 100k vehicle to only drive it, you purchase the entire luxury car experience. Clearly this dealership does not get  that concept. I took my car back in a second time (12/6/14) for an oil change. Once again, they were highly dysfunctional and unorganized! It's as if no one knows their job function or does not want to do their job. I get the keys to my car and  it's no where to be found!  So I ask the guy sitting outside, which, I still don't know what he does besides stare at his cell phone, where's my car. He then says oh, they did not bring your car up here?  I then get in my car and they did not update the oil change sticker. I go back inside and ask about this and it takes forever
to find someone to write some numbers on a damn sticker! Then then service reps brings the sticker to the car and hands it to me to put in my  car!  I then ask for the customer service manager. I will definitely be giving Joe Beneke a call. For lack of a better word, they just "half ass" do everything at this dealership. I did not purchase my car from here, but based on the service department experience alone, I will NEVER purchase a car from here. These things may sound little, but you purchase this type of car to not have to,deal with little or big things!  The only reason I've used this dealership is because I just moved to the area from Dallas. I purchased my car from Park Place in Dallas and they have top notch customer service!  Jaguar North could stand to take a few notes from Park Place, because they clearly don't understand their clientele! In the future, I will be driving 3 1/2 hours to Dallas for oil changes and any repairs my car may need! If could give them 0 stars I would.

I could never get to talk to their service department personnel on my first, second, or third call.  Good vehicles but very bad service.

As a native Houstonian, I gave myself a gift of taking my 25 year old Jaguar convertible to Jaguar North service department for general servicing as well as inspection - and a major detailing. To keep it short, these folks are the finest that you will ever come across - from every point of importance you simply cannot find higher quality work and professional services like they render. I am proud to be their customer and HIGHLY suggest that you use them - I hope that I am still around next year to take my Jaguar back again for service - Lauren - Joe - Kenny - THANK YOU!

Tony Ugoh is a sales rep here and he helped me find my first Land Rover. He's a really nice guy and went above and beyond to make me happy. Thanks Tony ! Ask him to take you on the High Climb test drive in a LR. You had better eaten your wheaties!

A friend of a friend had spoken with some guy named Gary at Jaguar Houston North about a pre-owned vehicle. Gary told our friend's friend to meet him at 5:00 p.m. for a test drive--knowing full well she was driving from 90 miles away for this test drive.

In the meantime, our mutual friend contacted me because she knows I'm very knowledgeable about the brand of vehicle her friend was trying to purchase. My fiancée and I decided to drive the two friends to the dealership. When we arrived, we discovered (after a bit of prodding) that the car in question was not even there. They had transferred it to another dealership THE DAY BEFORE!

Now, as this wasn't my car purchase, I wasn't as upset about that as I was that these people had completely wasted my time and gas driving all the way to "South Dallas" from downtown Houston. I was, though, bothered on behalf of my friend's friend that this salesdouche had jerked her around with negotiations on a price for a car that WASN'T EVEN THERE! What was his plan, I wonder, when we got there? (Mysteriously, "Gary" was nowhere to be found at the stealership when we arrived.)

What was the most infuriating of all, though, was the utter apathy of the sales managers/staff (three guys) and the general manager of the dealership A.J. something who clearly can't say no to a hamburger but has no trouble denying even the most basic respect to his customers. I mean, these three yahoos didn't even stand up from their cubicles and partitions to greet me like a human being. They all three leaned way back in their chairs with their arms crossed, patronizing me with thinly veiled sarcasm and disdain. The corpulent GM, though, did hover over me while I was seated--maybe in attempt to intimidate me, I'm not sure. It was so incredibly disrespectful! I wouldn't treat anyone that way, and yet they felt that treating four women (three of whom are the luxury car target demographic [my fiancee and I each own one luxury brand vehicle, in addition to the sports car I purchased two weeks ago] and one of whom was there to actually purchase a car from them) was totally acceptable. I was nonplussed! I will never, ever purchase a vehicle from this place as a result of the appalling "service" we received. Effective salespeople turn a mistake into an opportunity to sell a different car. Impotent ones dismiss you as if you were a bothersome housefly. I can't say this is true about folks who actually DRIVE Jaguars, but apparently the ones who sell them are, in fact, overcompensating for...er... "shortcomings," shall we say.

And, as a side note, when we went across the freeway to Gillman Acura, their salespeople were in business attire--more conducive to having a customer part with half a year's salary on a car than Nike golf shirts and Dockers pants, IMHO.
